Description
Claims (10)
- 基板上に配置された第1電極;
前記第1電極上に配置された有機発光層;
前記有機発光層上に配置された第2電極;
前記第1電極の端部と重畳して画素を定義するバンク;
前記バンク上に配置された遮光層;および
前記遮光層の間で、かつ前記第2電極上に配置された、接着物質を含むレジン層を含み、
前記遮光層には、前記遮光層の一側と他側を貫通するレジン移動パターンが設けられ、
前記遮光層の一側に配置されたレジン層と他側に配置されたレジン層は、前記レジン移動パターンを通じて接続されている有機発光表示装置。 - 前記レジン移動パターンは、少なくとも一度折れ曲がる形態で設けられた、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記レジン移動パターンの一端と他端は、互いに向き合わない、請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記遮光層は、
前記画素の少なくとも二辺以上を囲むように設けられ、
前記レジン移動パターンは、隣接する画素の間に少なくとも一つ以上設けられる、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記レジン移動パターンは、レジン層が一つにつながるように設けられた、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記遮光層は、前記有機発光層と重畳しない、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 表示領域と非表示領域を有する第1基板上の表示領域に第1電極を形成する工程;
前記第1電極の側面にバンクを形成する工程;
前記第1電極上に有機発光層を形成する工程;
前記有機発光層の上に第2電極を形成する工程;
前記バンクと重畳するように第2電極上にレジン移動パターンを含む遮光層を形成する工程;
前記遮光層の高さと同じになるように前記表示領域と非表示領域の境界部分に、フレーム形態でダムを形成する工程;
前記ダムの高さだけ前記第2電極上にレジン物質を充填する工程;および
接着物質が充填されたレジン層の上にカラーフィルタを有する第2基板を合着する工程を含む、有機発光表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記バンクと重畳するように第2電極上に遮光層を形成する工程は、
前記レジン移動パターンが少なくとも一回折れ曲がる形態を有するように、前記遮光層を形成する、請求項7に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記バンクと重畳するように第2電極上に遮光層を形成する工程は、
前記レジン移動パターンの一端と他端が互いに向き合わないように、前記遮光層を形成する、請求項7に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記遮光層は、前記有機発光層と重畳しない、請求項7に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
