図3は、本発明の実施例による着脱可能な第1のウィンドウ構造物60を含む第1のディスプレイ装置100を説明するための断面図である。但し、厳密な意味での断面図を表現したものではなく、説明の便宜のために、断面図に示されない構成要素もあり得る。
図5は、本発明の実施例による着脱可能な第2のウィンドウ構造物80を含む第3のディスプレイ装置300を説明するための断面図である。但し、厳密な意味での断面図を表現したものではなく、説明の便宜のために、断面図に示されない構成要素もあり得る。このとき、第3のディスプレイ装置300は、タッチスクリーンカバー層22を有することを除いては、第1のディスプレイ装置100と同一である。これにより、同一の参照符号についての詳細な説明を省略する。このとき、第2のウィンドウ構造物80にも、第1のウィンドウ構造物60と同様に、付加要素をさらに含んでもよい。

Claims (17)
- ウィンドウ、タッチスクリーン、及びディスプレイからなるディスプレイ装置において、
前記ウィンドウの一方の全面に、接着力が0.1gf/25mm〜500gf/25mmである着脱層が形成されたウィンドウ構造物と、
前記ウィンドウ構造物の着脱層が全面的に着脱される被接着機器と、を備え、
前記被接着機器が、タッチスクリーンまたはタッチスクリーンカバー層のいずれか一つであり、
前記タッチスクリーンまたは前記タッチスクリーンカバー層に接着減少層がさらに形成されていることを特徴とする着脱可能なウィンドウを含むディスプレイ装置。 - 前記ウィンドウが、ガラス基板またはプラスチック基板のいずれであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の着脱可能なウィンドウを含むディスプレイ装置。
- 前記ウィンドウが、強化ガラス基板、またはPET(polyethylene terephtalate)、PEN(polyethylene naphthalate)、PES(polyether sulfone)、PI(polyimide)、PAR(polyarylate)、PC(polycarbonate)、PMMA(polymethyl methacrylate)、若しくはCOC(cycloolefin copolymer)のいずれか一つ以上からなるプラスチック基板のいずれであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の着脱可能なウィンドウを含むディスプレイ装置。
- 前記着脱層が、アクリル系ポリマー、シリコン系ポリマー、若しくはウレタン系ポリマーである熱硬化性樹脂、または紫外線硬化型樹脂に架橋剤が混合された接着剤、またはこれらの混合物、またはこれらの共重合体の中から選ばれたいずれか一つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の着脱可能なウィンドウを含むディスプレイ装置。
- 前記着脱層が、単層、または層毎に異なる物質からなる多層であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の着脱可能なウィンドウを含むディスプレイ装置。
- 前記タッチスクリーンが、前記ディスプレイに直接導電パターンが形成されてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の着脱可能なウィンドウを含むディスプレイ装置。
- 前記タッチスクリーンカバー層には、前記タッチスクリーンの導電パターンが直接形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の着脱可能なウィンドウを含むディスプレイ装置。
- 前記ディスプレイ装置が、前記ディスプレイに直接導電パターンが形成されて前記タッチスクリーンをなし、前記タッチスクリーンカバー層が、前記ディスプレイの上段に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の着脱可能なウィンドウを含むディスプレイ装置。
- 前記カバー層が、強化ガラス基板若しくは非強化ガラス基板、またはPET(polyethylene terephtalate)、PEN(polyethylene naphthalate)、PES(polyether sulfone)、PI(polyimide)、PAR(polyarylate)、PC(polycarbonate)、PMMA(polymethyl methacrylate)、若しくはCOC(cycloolefin copolymer)のいずれか一つ以上からなるプラスチック基板のいずれか一つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の着脱可能なウィンドウを含むディスプレイ装置。
- 前記接着減少層が、フッ素系樹脂またはシリコン系樹脂がコートされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の着脱可能なウィンドウを含むディスプレイ装置。
- 前記接着減少層が、二酸化チタン(TiO2)またはシリカ(SiO2)からなる蒸着層、及び前記蒸着層の上にフッ素系樹脂またはシリコン系樹脂がコートされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の着脱可能なウィンドウを含むディスプレイ装置。
- 前記接着減少層により、前記ウィンドウ構造物の接着力が、0.5gf/25mm〜500gf/25mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の着脱可能なウィンドウを含むディスプレイ装置。
- 前記ウィンドウ構造物が、模様、色相、文様が多様にデザインされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の着脱可能なウィンドウを含むディスプレイ装置。
- ウィンドウの一方の全面に、接着力が0.1gf/25mm〜500gf/25mmである着脱層が形成されたウィンドウ構造物から離型フィルムを除去して前記着脱層を露出させる段階と、
露出した前記着脱層をタッチスクリーンまたはタッチスクリーンカバー層のいずれか一つの全面に付着する段階と、を含み、
露出した前記着脱層を付着する段階以前に、前記タッチスクリーンまたはタッチスクリーンカバー層に接着減少層を形成する段階をさらに含み、前記着脱層は、前記接着減少層の全面に付着されることを特徴とする着脱可能なウィンドウの着脱方法。 - 前記ウィンドウ構造物は準備する段階以前に、前記タッチスクリーンまたはタッチスクリーンカバー層のいずれか一つに付着されており、損傷したウィンドウ構造物を分離する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の着脱可能なウィンドウの着脱方法。
- 前記ウィンドウ構造物の付着が、手作業で行われることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の着脱可能なウィンドウの着脱方法。
- 前記ウィンドウ構造物が、気泡無しで付着されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の着脱可能なウィンドウの着脱方法。
