Description
(a)光起電性の層システムを熱可塑性層内に設けるステップと、
(b)前記熱可塑性層を、少なくとも1種のポリマを含む基板と外側パネルとの間に層状に配置するステップと、
(c)前記基板を前記外側パネルに前記熱可塑性層を介して、加熱作用下で、かつ/又は真空作用下で、かつ/又は圧力作用下で接合させるステップと、を含んでいる。

Claims (2)
- 光起電力モジュールが組み込まれたルーフパネルを製造する方法であって、少なくとも、
(a)光起電性の層システム(6)を熱可塑性層(3)内に設けるステップと、
(b)前記熱可塑性層(3)を、少なくとも1種のポリマを含む基板(1)と外側パネル(2)との間に層状に配置するステップと、
(c)前記基板(1)を前記外側パネル(2)に前記熱可塑性層(3)を介して、熱作用下で、かつ/又は真空作用下で、かつ/又は圧力作用下で接合させるステップと、を有し、
前記光起電性の層システム(6)は、前側電極層(12)と背側電極層(10)との間に少なくとも1つの光起電に関して活性の吸収層(11)を有しており、該光起電に関して活性の吸収層(11)は少なくとも、銅−インジウム−ガリウム−硫黄/セレン(CIGS)を含み、前記吸収層(11)は500nm〜5μmの厚さを有し、
前記基板(1)は少なくとも1種のポリマを含み、前記基板(1)はフレキシブルなフィルムとして形成されていて、0.02〜2mmの厚さを有し、
前記基板(1)はガラスを含んでおらず、前記外側パネル(2)はガラスを含んでおり、前記ステップ(c)よりも前に、前記基板(1)の、前記外側パネル(2)とは反対の表面上に分離フィルム(13)を配置し、当該分離フィルム(13)の、前記基板(1)とは反対の表面上に支持パネル(14)を配置し、
(d)前記基板(1)と前記外側パネル(2)との接合後、前記分離フィルム(13)と前記支持パネル(14)とを取り除くことを特徴とする、光起電力モジュールが組み込まれたルーフパネルを製造する方法。 - 前記ステップ(a)において前記ステップ(c)の前に、前記光起電性の層システム(6)を少なくとも1つの第1の熱可塑性フィルム(4)と第2の熱可塑性フィルム(5)との間に配置し、次いで両前記熱可塑性フィルムを、熱作用下で、かつ/又は真空作用下で、かつ/又は圧力作用下で、予め貼り合わせられた1つの熱可塑性層(3)となるように接合させ、前記ステップ(b)において前記予め貼り合わせられた熱可塑性層(3)を前記基板(1)と前記外側パネル(2)との間に配置する、請求項1記載の方法。
