Abstract
Description
(a)光起電性の層システムを熱可塑性層内に設けるステップと、
(b)前記熱可塑性層を、少なくとも1種のポリマを含む基板と外側パネルとの間に層状に配置するステップと、
(c)前記基板を前記外側パネルに前記熱可塑性層を介して、加熱作用下で、かつ/又は真空作用下で、かつ/又は圧力作用下で接合させるステップと、を含んでいる。

Claims (15)
- 熱可塑性層(3)を介して層状に互いに接合されている基板(1)と外側パネル(2)とを少なくとも有している、光起電力モジュールが組み込まれたルーフパネルであって、
光起電性の層システム(6)が前記熱可塑性層(3)内に埋め込まれており、前記基板(1)は少なくとも1種のポリマを含んでいることを特徴とする、光起電力モジュールが組み込まれたルーフパネル。 - 前記基板(1)はフレキシブルなフィルムとして形成されていて、好適には0.02〜2mmの、特に好適には0.1mm〜1.5mmの、極めて特に好適には0.15mm〜0.8mmの厚さを有している、請求項1記載のルーフパネル。
- 前記基板(1)は、少なくともポリフッ化ビニル、及び/又はポリフッ化ビニリデン、及び/又はエチレンテトラフルオロエチレン、及び/又はポリテトラフルオロエチレンである、請求項2記載のルーフパネル。
- 前記基板(1)は剛性のパネルとして形成されていて、好適には0.8mm〜25mmの、特に好適には0.8mm〜4mmの厚さを有しており、好適には少なくともポリカーボネート及び/又はポリメチルメタクリレートを含む、請求項1記載のルーフパネル。
- 前記光起電性の層システム(6)は、前側電極層(12)と背側電極層(10)との間に少なくとも1つの光起電に関して活性の吸収層(11)を有しており、該光起電に関して活性の吸収層(11)は少なくとも、アモルファスシリコン、微結晶シリコン、又は多結晶シリコン、テルル化カドミウム(CdTe)、セレン化カドミウム(CdSe)、ガリウムヒ素(GaAs)、半導体の有機ポリマ又はオリゴマ、又は銅−インジウム(ガリウム)硫黄/セレン(CI(G)S)を含んでいて、好適には半導体の有機ポリマ、又はオリゴマ、又は銅−インジウム(ガリウム)硫黄/セレン(CI(G)S)を含んでいる、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のルーフパネル。
- 前記外側パネル(2)はガラス、好適には平面ガラス、フロートガラス、石英ガラス、ホウケイ酸ガラス、又はソーダ石灰ガラス、又は少なくとも1つのポリマ、好適にはポリカーボネート、及び/又はポリメチルメタクリレートを含み、好適には1.0mm〜12mmの、特に好適には1.4mm〜5mmの厚さを有している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のルーフパネル。
- 前記光起電性の層システム(6)はサブセクション(7)に分割されていて、これらのサブセクションは、導電性接続エレメント(8)及び/又はバスバーを介して直列にかつ/又は並列に互いに接続されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のルーフパネル。
- 前記光起電性の層システム(6)の面積は、前記ルーフパネルの面積の50%〜100%である、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のルーフパネル。
- 前記熱可塑性層(3)は少なくともエチレンビニルアセテート(EVA)、ポリビニルブチラール(PVB)、ポリウレタン(PU)、ポリエチレン(PE)、及び/又はポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)を含んでいて、好適には0.5mm〜5mmの、特に好適には1mm〜3mmの厚さを有している、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のルーフパネル。
- 湾曲されており、少なくとも1つの領域で600mm〜900mmの曲率半径を有している、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のルーフパネル。
- 組み込まれた光起電力モジュールの電力密度は、10W/m2〜300W/m2、好適には50W/m2〜150W/m2である、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のルーフパネル。
- 光起電力モジュールが組み込まれたルーフパネルを製造する方法であって、少なくとも、
(a)光起電性の層システム(6)を熱可塑性層(3)内に設けるステップと、
(b)前記熱可塑性層(3)を、少なくとも1種のポリマを含む基板(1)と外側パネル(2)との間に層状に配置するステップと、
(c)前記基板(1)を前記外側パネル(2)に前記熱可塑性層(3)を介して、熱作用下で、かつ/又は真空作用下で、かつ/又は圧力作用下で接合させるステップと、を有することを特徴とする、光起電力モジュールが組み込まれたルーフパネルを製造する方法。 - 前記方法ステップ(a)において、前記光起電性の層システム(6)を少なくとも1つの第1の熱可塑性フィルム(4)と第2の熱可塑性フィルム(5)との間に配置し、次いで前記両熱可塑性フィルムを、熱作用下で、かつ/又は真空作用下で、かつ/又は圧力作用下で、予め貼り合わせられた1つの熱可塑性層(3)となるように接合させる、請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記方法ステップ(b)の前に、支持パネル(14)を分離フィルム(13)を介して、前記基板(1)の、前記外側パネル(2)とは反対側を向いた表面上に配置し、前記分離フィルム(13)は好適には少なくとも1つのポリテトラハロゲンエチレン(polytetrahalogen ethylene)、特に好適にはポリテトラフルオロエチレン、及び/又はポリクロロトリフルオロエチレンを含み、好適には0.01mm〜10mmの厚さを有する、請求項12又は13記載の方法。
- 陸上交通、航空交通、水上交通における乗り物での、好適には、列車、市街電車、船、自動車、例えばバス、トラック、特に乗用車での請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載のルーフパネルの使用。
