Description
前記背面カバーをラミネート治具に当接させて前記積層体をラミネート治具に載置する載置工程と、
前記背面カバーの温度が前記背面カバーのガラス転移温度以上になるまで前記積層体を前記ラミネート治具で加熱しつつ、ダイヤフラムと前記ラミネート治具とで前記積層体を挟持して前記積層体を圧着することにより、前記積層体からソーラーパネルを得るラミネート工程とを備え、
前記ラミネート治具は、前記載置工程の時点において、前記背面カバーが製品形状となるように前記積層体に向かって既に湾曲し、
前記保護カバーには、前記裏面から前記ラミネート治具に向かって延びる係合突部が前記準備工程の時点で既に形成され、
前記背面カバー及び前記封止材には、前記係合突部を挿通可能な貫通孔が前記準備工程の時点で既にそれぞれ形成され、
前記ラミネート治具には、前記係合突部を挿通可能な係合孔が前記載置工程の時点で既に形成され、
前記載置工程では、前記各貫通孔に挿通された前記係合突部を前記係合孔に挿通することを特徴とする。
図1に示すように、車両用ソーラーパネル50は、保護カバー41と、背面カバー43と、太陽電池ストリング45と、封止材47とを備えている。車両用ソーラーパネル50は、本発明における「ソーラーパネル」の一例である。この車両用ソーラーパネル50は、図示しない車両に採用されており、ルーフパネルに取り付けられている。なお、保護カバー41、背面カバー43、太陽電池ストリング45及び封止材47についての詳細は後述する。
実施例2の製造方法では、準備工程S1において、図8に示すラミネート装置101を準備する。このラミネート装置101では、ラミネート治具3の支持面310に対し、積層体40に向かって突出する段部310aが形成されている。なお、段部310aの形状は適宜設計することが可能である。ラミネート装置101における他の構成を含め、この製造方法における他の構成は実施例1の製造方法と同様である。

Claims (2)
- 表面から裏面まで透光性を有し、前記裏面側から前記表面側に向かって凸形状に予め湾曲している樹脂製の保護カバーと、平坦に形成され、前記保護カバーの前記裏面側に位置する樹脂製の背面カバーと、太陽電池セルと、前記保護カバーと前記背面カバーとの間で前記太陽電池セルを封止状態で保持する封止材とを有する積層体を準備する準備工程と、
前記背面カバーをラミネート治具に当接させて前記積層体をラミネート治具に載置する載置工程と、
前記背面カバーの温度が前記背面カバーのガラス転移温度以上になるまで前記積層体を前記ラミネート治具で加熱しつつ、ダイヤフラムと前記ラミネート治具とで前記積層体を挟持して前記積層体を圧着することにより、前記積層体からソーラーパネルを得るラミネート工程とを備え、
前記ラミネート治具は、前記載置工程の時点において、前記背面カバーが製品形状となるように前記積層体に向かって既に湾曲し、
前記保護カバーには、前記裏面から前記ラミネート治具に向かって延びる係合突部が前記準備工程の時点で既に形成され、
前記背面カバー及び前記封止材には、前記係合突部を挿通可能な貫通孔が前記準備工程の時点で既にそれぞれ形成され、
前記ラミネート治具には、前記係合突部を挿通可能な係合孔が前記載置工程の時点で既に形成され、
前記載置工程では、前記各貫通孔に挿通された前記係合突部を前記係合孔に挿通することを特徴とするソーラーパネルの製造方法。 - 前記ラミネート工程では、前記保護カバーの温度が前記保護カバーのガラス転移温度よりも低くなるように前記積層体を加熱する請求項1記載のソーラーパネルの製造方法。
