Description
Claims (5)
- 回転するシリンダブロックの両端から突出する第一ピストン及び第二ピストンが第一斜板及び第二斜板にそれぞれ追従してシリンダ内を往復動する対向式斜板型液圧回転機であって、
前記シリンダブロックの一方の端部側のみに設けられ、前記シリンダブロックを前記第一斜板または前記第二斜板に向けて付勢するセンタスプリングを備え、
前記シリンダブロックの一方の端部には前記センタスプリングの付勢力を受ける付勢力受け部が形成され、
前記シリンダブロックの他方の端部には前記第一斜板または前記第二斜板からの反力を受ける反力受け部が形成され、
前記シリンダブロックは、軸方向に移動可能に設けられ、前記センタスプリングによって前記第一斜板または前記第二斜板のみに向けて付勢される対向式斜板型液圧回転機。 - 請求項1に記載の対向式斜板型液圧回転機であって、
前記第一ピストンの前記シリンダブロックから突出する端部に揺動自在に連結される第一シューと、
前記第二ピストンの前記シリンダブロックから突出する端部に揺動自在に連結される第二シューと、
前記第一シューを前記第一斜板側に押し付ける第一リテーナプレートと、
前記第二シューを前記第二斜板側に押し付ける第二リテーナプレートと、
前記第一リテーナプレートを揺動自在に支持する第一リテーナホルダと、
前記第二リテーナプレートを揺動自在に支持する第二リテーナホルダと、を備え、
前記シリンダブロックの一方の端部には前記付勢力受け部として前記センタスプリングが介装される部位が形成され、
前記シリンダブロックの他方の端部には前記反力受け部として前記第一リテーナホルダまたは前記第二リテーナホルダから軸方向の反力を受ける部位が形成される対向式斜板型液圧回転機。 - 請求項2に記載の対向式斜板型液圧回転機であって、
前記反力受け部として前記シリンダブロックの一端には軸方向に突出する首部が形成され、
前記第一リテーナホルダまたは前記第二リテーナホルダには、前記首部の先端に当接する段部が形成される対向式斜板型液圧回転機。 - 請求項2に記載の対向式斜板型液圧回転機であって、
前記反力受け部として前記シリンダブロックの一端には軸方向に突出する首部が形成され、
前記首部の軸方向の長さによって前記シリンダブロックの軸方向の位置が決められる対向式斜板型液圧回転機。 - 請求項2に記載の対向式斜板型液圧回転機であって、
前記第一リテーナホルダと前記第二リテーナホルダの形状及び大きさが互いに同一に形成される対向式斜板型液圧回転機。
