Claims (5)
- 少なくとも2つのバネべローズ(3,4)を有し、これらバネべローズが、車軸の向かい合う車両サイドに配置された空気バネに付設され、それぞれ1つの車高コントロール弁(5,6)を備える別々の接続ライン(7,8)を介して主圧力ライン(9)に接続可能で、この主圧力ラインに対して遮断可能であり、主圧力ライン(9)が、主圧力弁(10)を介して交互に圧縮空気源(12)と圧縮空気シンク(11)に接続可能であり、少なくとも2つのバネべローズ(3,4)の接続ライン(7,8)が、それぞれ車高コントロール弁(5,6)とバネベローズ(3,4)の間で、絞り(14)を備えかつ遮断弁(21)によって遮断可能な結合ライン(13)を介して互いに接続している、自動車のエアサスペンションシステムにおいて、
遮断弁(21)は、機械的に制御可能に形成され、車高コントロール弁(6)の閉鎖時に遮断弁(21)が開放され、車高コントロール弁(6)の開放時に遮断弁(21)が閉鎖されるように、歩道側の車両サイドに配置されたバネべローズ(4)の車高コントロール弁(6)に機械的に連結されていること、を特徴とするエアサスペンションシステム。 - 結合ライン(13)、絞り(14)及び遮断弁(21)が、少なくとも両車高コントロール弁(5,6)と共に共通の弁ブロック(22)内に配置されていること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアサスペンションシステム。
- 両車高コントロール弁(5’,6’)が、シート弁として形成され、これらシート弁が、弁ブロック(22’)のハウジング(25)の半径方向に隣接する弁孔(23,24)内に配置され、圧縮バネ(26,27)によりバネカラー(28,29)を介して弁座(30,31)に押し付けられるそれぞれ1つの弁プレート(32,33)を備えること、結合ライン(13)及び絞り(14)が、絞り孔(36)として形成され、この絞り孔が、両車高コントロール弁(5’,6’)の、弁ブロック(22’)の接続キャップ(37)内に配置された接続孔(38,39)を互いに接続すること、遮断弁(21’)が、シート弁として形成され、このシート弁が、歩道側の車両サイドに配置されたバネべローズ(4)の車高コントロール弁(6’)内に配置されていること、遮断弁(21’)が、該当する接続孔(39)内に挿入された弁インサート(40)を備え、この弁インサートが、リング溝(41)を介して絞り孔(36)に接続している、軸方向に弁座(42)において終了する結合孔(43)と、弁座(42)とは反対の側で該当するバネカラー(29)と接触した、弁座(42)の側にシール要素(45)を備える、第3の圧縮バネ(46)によってバネカラー(29)に押し付けられるシールブロック(44)を有すること、を特徴とする請求項2の記載のエアサスペンションシステム。
- 少なくとも2つのバネべローズ(3,4)を有し、これらバネべローズが、車軸の向かい合う車両サイドに配置された空気バネに付設され、それぞれ1つの車高コントロール弁(5,6)を備える別々の接続ライン(7,8)を介して主圧力ライン(9)に接続可能で、この主圧力ラインに対して遮断可能であり、主圧力ライン(9)が、主圧力弁(10)を介して交互に圧縮空気源(12)と圧縮空気シンク(11)に接続可能であり、少なくとも2つのバネべローズ(3,4)の接続ライン(7,8)が、それぞれ車高コントロール弁(5,6)とバネベローズ(3,4)の間で、絞り(14)を備えかつ遮断弁(47)によって遮断可能な結合ライン(13’)を介して互いに接続している、自動車のエアサスペンションシステムにおいて、
遮断弁(47)は、機械的に制御可能に形成され、主圧力弁(10)を介する圧縮空気源(12)と主圧力ライン(9)の接続時に遮断弁(47)が開放され、主圧力弁(10)を介する圧縮空気シンク(11)と主圧力ライン(9)の接続時に遮断弁(47)が閉鎖されるように、主圧力弁(10)に機械的に連結されていること、を特徴とするエアサスペンションシステム。 - 結合ライン(13’)、絞り(14)及び遮断弁(47)が、少なくとも主圧力弁(10)と共に、共通の弁ブロック(48)内に配置されていること、を特徴とする請求項4に記載のエアサスペンションシステム。
