Description
Claims (16)
- 起立式車椅子デバイスにおいて、
前記デバイスが支持表面上を移動可能とするためのホイールベースであって、該ホイールベースのホイールが結合されるシャーシに対して傾斜可能なプラットホームを備えるホイールベースと、
前記プラットホームの現在の傾斜を検出する一つ又は複数のセンサと、
一つ又は複数のモータを動作させる制御信号を自動的に発生するように構成され、水平線に対して所定の傾斜で前記プラットホームを維持するように前記検出された現在の傾斜に従って少なくとも2つの方向に沿って前記プラットホームを傾斜させる制御装置と、
前記デバイスのユーザの身体の各部に装着するための複数の締め金具であって、前記締め金具のうちの少なくとも幾つかの隣接する締め金具が関節部によって結合される、複数の締め金具を含む、前記プラットホームと共に傾斜可能なハーネスアセンブリと、
前記ベース上に取り付けられて、前記ハーネスアセンブリの股関節部を支持するリフトユニットであって、前記ユーザが前記ハーネスアセンブリに装着されて着座位置にあるときに前記股関節部の高さを上げて該ユーザに起立位置を取らせ、また前記ユーザが前記ハーネスアセンブリに装着されて起立位置にあるときに前記股関節部の高さを下げて該ユーザに着座又は傾斜位置を取らせるような態様で、前記股関節部を上下動させるように構成されるリフトユニットと、を備えるデバイス。 - 前記ホイールベースは、前記ユーザにより、前記デバイスが支持表面に対して移動させるよう操作可能な駆動ホイールを備える、請求項1記載のデバイス。
- 前記ホイールベースは、旋回ホイール又は操舵ホイールを備える、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 股関節部は、能動関節部である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ハーネスアセンブリの膝関節部は、能動関節部である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記リフトユニットは、少なくとも1つの高さが調整可能な支柱を備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの支柱は、前記ユーザが前記ハーネスアセンブリに装着されて起立位置にあるとき、該ユーザが前記ホイールベースの水平平面における中心点の略真上に位置するように、位置決めされる、請求項6記載のデバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの支柱は、前記支柱の高さを調整するための機構を含み、前記機構は、直流モータ、ボールネジギア、油圧式ピストン、空気圧式ピストン、ボーデンケーブル、並びにプーリからなる機構の組から選択される、請求項6記載のデバイス。
- 前記制御装置は、PID制御装置を備える、請求項1記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスの動作を制御するためのユーザ操作可能な制御部を備える、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記制御部は、ジョイスティック、傾斜センサ、力センサ、並びにマイクロホンから成るユーザ操作可能なデバイスの組から選択されるユーザ操作可能なデバイスを備える、請求項10記載のデバイス。
- 該デバイスのチッピングを防ぐように延長可能な少なくとも1つの支持アームを備える、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの支持アームのうちの一支持アームは、前記デバイスの両側から延長可能である、請求項12記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスのチッピングが示されたときに前記少なくとも1つの支持アームを自動的に延長するように構成される制御装置を備える、請求項12記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスのチッピングを示す信号を生成するセンサを備える、請求項12記載のデバイス。
- 前記センサは、傾斜センサ、加速度計、ジャイロスコープ、力センサ、並びに近接センサから成るセンサの組から選択される、請求項15記載のデバイス。
