Description
面積増加率(%)=SA/SB×100−100 (1)
ただし、SBは圧力を加える前の熱硬化性感圧接着剤の面積を表し、SAは圧力を加えた後の熱硬化性感圧接着剤の面積を表す。なお、ここでいう「面積」とは、熱硬化性感圧接着剤における圧力を加えられる面の面積を意味する。また、圧力を加える前の熱硬化性感圧接着剤の面積は、特に制限されないが、例えば200mm2程度とする。
以下に示す材料を用いて、表1,2に示す組成を有する感圧接着剤を作製した。
2EHA:2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート((株)日本触媒)
BA:ブチルアクリレート(三菱化学(株))
DMAA:ジメチルアクリルアミド(興人フィルム&ケミカルズ(株))
M5700:2−ヒドロキシ−3−フェノキシプロピルアクリレート(東亞合成(株))
Irgacure651:光重合開始剤(チバスペシャリティケミカル(株))
HDDA:1,6−ヘキサンジオールジアクリレート(共栄社化学(株))
B−79:ポリビニルブチラール(水酸基含有率:11.5〜13.5、分子量:50,000〜80,000)(ソルーシア・ジャパン(株))
エポキシ樹脂:ビスフェノールAタイプ液状エポキシ樹脂と固形エポキシ樹脂との混合物(ジャパンエポキシレジン(株))
DICY:エポキシ樹脂用硬化剤((株)ADEKA)
2MZA−PW:エポキシ樹脂用硬化剤(四国化成工業(株))
R972:疎水性シリカフィラー(日本アエロジル(株))
まず、図1(a)に示すように、感圧接着剤シート1から直径16mmの円形状の感圧接着剤シート1aを切り抜いた。続いて、図1(b)に示すように、ポリエチレンテレフタラート(PET)フィルム2とガラス基板3との積層体間に円形状の感圧接着剤シート1aを挟持した。そして、図1(c)に示すように、感圧接着剤シート1a、PETフィルム2及びガラス基板3の積層方向(矢印Aの方向)に5kgの重り4(すなわち、2.5kg/cm2の圧力)を加えた状態で、120℃の雰囲気下に25分間放置した。次いで、感圧接着剤シート1aを室温まで冷却した後、その直径R(mm)を測定した。そして、面積増加率(%)を下記式(2)に従って算出した。
面積増加率(%)=(R2/162×100)−100 (2)
まず、図2(a)に示すような形状の感圧接着剤シート1bを用意した。感圧接着剤シート1bの面積は約370mm2であった。次に、図2(b)に示すように、感圧接着剤シート1bの長辺が図2(b)のY軸方向と、短辺が図2(b)のZ軸方向とそれぞれ略平行になるように感圧接着剤シート1bを配置し、感圧接着剤シート1bを介してスチール製ボタン5をガラス基板6に接着させた。そして、ガラス基板6、感圧接着剤シート1b及びスチール製ボタン5からなる試料を、0℃の雰囲気下で取付具7の柄7aをガラス基板6の表面と水平な方向(矢印Bの方向)に1000mm/minの速度で引っ張った。このときの割裂強度(単位:N)を測定した。
上述の[低温割裂強度の評価]と同様に感圧接着剤シート1bを用意した。次に、図2(c)に示すように、感圧接着剤シート1bの長辺が図2(c)のY軸方向と、短辺が図2(c)のZ軸方向とそれぞれ略平行になるように感圧接着剤シート1bを配置し、感圧接着剤シート1bを介してスチール製ボタン5をガラス基板6に接着させた。そして、ガラス基板6、感圧接着剤シート1b及びスチール製ボタン5からなる試料を、140℃の雰囲気下で25分間加熱した後、室温まで冷却し、24時間放置した。次いで、図2(c)に示すように、取付具7の柄7aの中心軸が感圧接着剤シート1bの下端から20mm(すなわり上端から5mm)の位置となるように取付具7を試料に取り付け、80℃の雰囲気下で、取付具7の柄7aをガラス基板6の表面と垂直な方向(矢印Cの方向)に50mm/minの速度で引っ張った。このときの割裂強度(単位:N)を測定した。
Claims (4)
- 粘着性ポリマー、ポリビニルアセタール、エポキシ樹脂及びエポキシ樹脂用硬化剤を含有する熱硬化性感圧接着剤であって、
前記粘着性ポリマーは、
(メタ)アクリロイル基を1つ有する、炭素数8〜12の非第三級非環状アルコールの(メタ)アクリル酸エステルの少なくとも1種からなる第1のモノマーと、
窒素原子及びエチレン性不飽和基を有する第2のモノマーと、
前記第1のモノマーと前記第2のモノマーとの合計質量100質量部に対して0質量部を超え0.5質量部以下の架橋剤と、
を共重合して得られるものである、熱硬化性感圧接着剤。 - 0.6mm厚のシート形状で、2.5kg/cm2の圧力を加えた状態で120℃の雰囲気下に25分間放置されたときの面積の増加率が320%以下である、請求項1に記載の熱硬化性感圧接着剤。
- 前記ポリビニルアセタールの含有量が、前記第1のモノマーと前記第2のモノマーとの合計質量100質量部に対して5〜20質量部である、請求項1又は2に記載の熱硬化性感圧接着剤。
- 前記第1のモノマーは、(メタ)アクリロイル基を1つ有する、炭素数8の非第三級非環状アルコールの(メタ)アクリル酸エステルを必須成分として含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の熱硬化性感圧接着剤。
