前記拡張可能なデバイスの近位側における円周の少なくとも一部に沿って延びる近位側の円周沿い部分;
前記拡張可能なデバイスの遠位側における円周の少なくとも一部に沿って延びる遠位側の円周沿い部分;
前記拡張可能なデバイスの表面の一部において該デバイスの長手方向に沿って延び、かつ、前記近位側の円周沿い部分と前記遠位側の円周沿い部分の間を連結する長手方向の部分;を有し、
ここで、前記2本の操作ラインの長手方向の部分は、互いに平行かつ互いに間隔をおき配置される、カテーテルアセンブリー。 - 前記拡張可能なデバイスの周囲に巻き付けられた1次スリーブであって、該スリーブの半径方向外側に面する外周面及び該スリーブの半径方向内側に面する内周面を有する材料のシートと、前記外周面と内周面を貫通する複数の開口部、ここで、該複数の開口部は該スリーブの長手方向に沿って連なって配置される、とを備える前記1次スリーブと、
前記シートの部分を互いに解放可能に連結するために前記複数の開口部と協力して、前記拡張可能なデバイスを前記つぶれた形状に拘束する1次連結部材と、
をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のカテーテルアセンブリー。 - 2次スリーブ及び2次連結部材をさらに備える、請求項2に記載のカテーテルアセンブリーであって、前記2次スリーブは、前記つぶれた形状の直径より大きく、かつ、前記拡張された形状の直径より小さい直径を有する中間の形状まで、前記拡張可能なデバイスの拡張を制限する、前記カテーテルアセンブリー。
- 前記拡張可能なデバイスは、ステントグラフトを更に含む、請求項1に記載のカテーテルアセンブリー。
- 前記ステントグラフトは、少なくとも1つの頂点を有し、前記操作ラインは、前記ステントグラフトの前記少なくとも1つの頂点を通じて縫い合わされる、請求項4に記載のカテーテルアセンブリー。
- 前記操作ラインは取り出し可能である、請求項1に記載のカテーテルアセンブリー。
- 前記主管腔を通じて延びるロックワイヤをさらに備える請求項1に記載のカテーテルアセンブリーであって、前記ロックワイヤは、前記操作ラインと解放可能に係合し、前記操作ラインを前記カテーテルに連結する、前記カテーテルアセンブリー。
- 前記カテーテルアセンブリーが血管内に挿入された時に前記操作ラインが前記血管内の組織と直接接触しないように、前記操作ラインは前記2次スリーブ内に配置される、請求項3に記載のカテーテルアセンブリー。
- 前記拡張可能なデバイスは、前記カテーテルの軸に対して約90度以上曲げることができる、請求項1に記載のカテーテルアセンブリー。
- 前記カテーテルの軸に対する前記拡張可能なデバイスの曲げの程度が、前記操作ラインの張力の量に比例する、請求項1に記載のカテーテルアセンブリー。
- 前記拡張可能なデバイスが前記拡張された形状に展開される時、前記拡張可能なデバイスは所望の程度の曲げを実質的に維持する、請求項1に記載のカテーテルアセンブリー。
- 前記操作ラインは、前記拡張可能なデバイスの前記近位端及び前記遠位端のうちの1つに接続される、請求項1に記載のカテーテルアセンブリー。
- 前記拡張可能なデバイスは放射線不透過性マーカーをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のカテーテルアセンブリー。
- 前記放射線不透過性マーカーは、前記拡張可能なデバイスの前記近位端及び前記遠位端のうちの1つの周囲に延びるバンドを含み、
前記カテーテルアセンブリーは、患者の体の外に位置するX線写真デバイスを用いて観察され、そして、前記拡張可能なデバイスが前記処置部位内に正しく配置される時、前記放射線不透過性マーカーの2次元プロフィールは実質的に線である、請求項13に記載のカテーテルアセンブリー。 - 前記操作ラインは、前記拡張可能なデバイスと前記カテーテルとをねじって固定し、前記カテーテルの回転を介して前記処置部位でのデバイスの回転位置決めを可能にする、請求項1に記載のカテーテルアセンブリー。
- 第1の2次連結部材及び第2の2次連結部材をさらに備える、請求項3に記載のカテーテルアセンブリーであって、前記第1の2次連結部材は、前記2次スリーブの長さの約半分に沿って通され、前記第2の2次連結部材は、前記2次スリーブの他方の約半分に沿って通される、前記カテーテルアセンブリー。
- 2次連結部材及び複数の2次開口部をさらに備える、請求項2に記載のカテーテルアセンブリーであって、前記2次連結部材は、前記シートの部分を互いに解放可能に連結するための複数の2次開口部と協力して、前記拡張可能なデバイスを、前記つぶれた形状より大きく、かつ、前記拡張された形状より小さい直径を有する中間の形状に拘束する、前記カテーテルアセンブリー。
- 先端及び後端を有し、前記先端及び後端の間に延びる主管腔と、側面開口部とを備えるカテーテルと、
前記カテーテルの先端に位置する拡張可能なデバイスであって、近位端及び遠位端と、処置部位への前記拡張可能なデバイスの管腔内送達のためのつぶれた形状と、前記つぶれた形状の直径より大きい直径を有する拡張された形状とを有する前記デバイスと、
前記拡張可能なインプラントの選択的曲げを可能にする2本の操作繊維と、
前記操作繊維と係合し該操作繊維をカテーテルに解放可能に固定するように構成されたロックワイヤとを備えるカテーテルアセンブリーであって、
ここで、各操作繊維は、
前記拡張可能なデバイスの近位側における円周の少なくとも一部に沿って延びる近位側の円周沿い部分;
前記拡張可能なデバイスの遠位側における円周の少なくとも一部に沿って延びる遠位側の円周沿い部分;
前記拡張可能なデバイスの表面の一部において該デバイスの長手方向に沿って延び、かつ、前記近位側の円周沿い部分と前記遠位側の円周沿い部分の間を連結する長手方向の部分;を有し、
ここで、前記2本の操作繊維の長手方向の部分は、互いに平行かつ互いに間隔をおき配置される、カテーテルアセンブリー。 - 前記操作繊維は、前記拡張可能なデバイスと係合する操作繊維である、請求項18に記載のカテーテルアセンブリー。
- 前記拡張可能なデバイスはステントグラフトを含む、請求項18に記載のカテーテルアセンブリー。
