Description
1. 少なくとも1のセラミック又は金属との接合による結合を製造するための接合ガラス(1)において、不可避的な不純物を除いてZrO2不含であり、(酸化物を基準として質量%で示して)
SiO2 40〜50
B2O3 >25〜30
Na2O 5〜15
Al2O3 17〜25
Σ MO 0〜<2
を含有し、MOは、単独で又は各々組み合わせた形の、CaO及び/又はSrO及び/又はBaOを表す、接合ガラス(1)。
2. ZnO 0〜5
TiO2 0〜5
SnO2 0〜5
MgO 0〜15
を、単独で又は各々組み合わせた形で含有する、前記1に記載の接合ガラス(1)。
3. 20〜300℃の温度範囲の線熱膨張係数α20-300℃が、5.5×10-6K-1〜10.5×10-6K-1、好ましくは5.5×10-6K-1〜8.5×10-6K-1、特に好ましくは6.0×10-6K-1〜8.0×10-6K-1を示す、前記1又は2に記載の接合ガラス(1)。
4. 更に、30体積%まで酸化物系充填材を、特に熱膨張挙動及び/又は耐食性及び/又は流動挙動の調節のために含み、前記充填材は好ましくは粒子及び/又は繊維の形で存在する、前記1から3までのいずれか1に記載の接合ガラス(1)。
5. 前記1から4までのいずれか1に記載の接合ガラス(1)を用いた、第1の接合部材(2)と第2の接合部材(3,4,41)との間の接合による結合部において、前記接合ガラス(1)は第1の接合部材(2)の接合箇所を、第2の接合部材(3,4,41)の接合箇所とを結合している、接合による結合部。
6. 前記5に記載の接合による結合部において、第1の接合部材(2)は少なくともその接合箇所がセラミックを有し、第2の接合部材(3,4,41)は少なくともその接合箇所が金属及び/又はセラミックを有する、接合による結合部。
7. 前記5又は6に記載の接合による結合部において、第1の接合部材(2)及び/又は第2の接合部材(3,4,41)の接合箇所のセラミックは、酸化アルミニウム及び/又はα−酸化アルミニウム及び/又はβ−酸化アルミニウム及び/又はβ″−酸化アルミニウム及び/又はNASICONの群から選択されている、接合による結合部。
8. 前記5から7までのいずれか1に記載の接合による結合部において、第2の接合部材(41)の金属は、同じ温度範囲でセラミックの線熱膨張係数α20-300℃より大きいか又は同じ線熱膨張係数α20-300℃を示す、接合による結合部。
9. 前記5に記載の接合による結合部において、第1の接合部材(2)は少なくともその接合箇所が金属を有し、第2の接合部材(3)は少なくともその接合箇所が金属を有する、接合による結合部。
10. 前記5から9までのいずれか1に記載の接合による結合部において、第2の接合部材の金属(41)は、α20-300℃ > 8×10-6K-1である、接合による結合部。
11. 前記5から10までのいずれか1に記載の、少なくとも1つの接合による結合部を有する、電気化学的エネルギー貯蔵ユニット及び/又はエネルギー製造ユニット、好ましくはナトリウム硫黄バッテリー又はナトリウム金属塩化物バッテリー。
12. 前記5から10までのいずれか1に記載の、少なくとも1つの接合による結合部を有する、ブシュ部材(20)、好ましくは電気的ブシュ部材。
13. 貫通孔を有する金属製の支持部材(30)、及び金属製の機能部材(31)を備えた電気的ブシュ部材(20)において、前記金属製の機能部材(31)は、前記貫通孔内で、前記1から4までのいずれか1に記載の接合ガラス(1)により、前記支持部材(30)とは電気的に絶縁されて、かつ前記貫通孔を密閉して保持されている、電気的ブシュ部材(20)。
14. ナトリウム硫黄バッテリー又はナトリウム金属塩化物バッテリーの製造のための、特に前記バッテリーのハウジング(4)の気密なシールのための及び/又は膜部材(2)の密閉のための、前記1から4までのいずれか1に記載の接合ガラス(1)の使用。
15. 危険物質の廃棄処理のための装置中での及び/又は核原子炉中での、特に増殖炉中での、特に封じ込め容器用の電気的ブシュとしての及び/又は冷却回路用の電気的ブシュとしての、前記12又は13に記載のブシュ部材(20)の使用。
Claims (16)
- 金属と金属との(例えば金属と特殊鋼との)、又は金属と金属及びセラミックのハイブリッド部材との、接合による結合を製造するための接合ガラス(1)において、不可避的な不純物を除いてZrO2不含であり、(酸化物を基準として質量%で示して)
SiO2 40〜50
B2O3 >25〜30
Na2O 5〜15
Al2O3 17〜25
Σ MO 0〜<2
を含有し、MOは、単独で又は各々組み合わせた形の、CaO、SrO又はBaOを表す、接合ガラス(1)。 - ZnO 0〜5
TiO2 0〜5
SnO2 0〜5
MgO 0〜15
を、単独で又は各々組み合わせた形で含有する、請求項1に記載の接合ガラス(1)。 - 20〜300℃の温度範囲の線熱膨張係数α20-300℃が、5.5×10-6K-1〜10.5×10-6K-1を示す、請求項1又は2に記載の接合ガラス(1)。
- 更に、30体積%まで酸化物系充填材を、熱膨張挙動、耐食性又は流動挙動の調節のために含み、前記充填材は粒子又は繊維の形で存在する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の接合ガラス(1)。
- 請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の接合ガラス(1)を用いた、第1の接合部材(2)と第2の接合部材(3,4,41)との間の接合による結合部において、前記接合ガラス(1)は第1の接合部材(2)の接合箇所と、第2の接合部材(3,4,41)の接合箇所とを結合しており、第1の接合部材(2)は少なくともその接合箇所が金属を有し、第2の接合部材(3)は少なくともその接合箇所が金属を有する、接合による結合部。
- 前記第2の接合部材(3)は、少なくともその接合箇所が金属およびセラミックを有する、請求項5に記載の接合による結合部。
- 前記金属が、特殊鋼、低炭素鋼、又はニッケル合金の群から選択される、請求項5または6に記載の接合による結合部。
- 請求項5から7までのいずれか1項に記載の、少なくとも1つの接合による結合部を有する、電気化学的エネルギー貯蔵ユニット又はエネルギー製造ユニット。
- 請求項5から7までのいずれか1項に記載の、少なくとも1つの接合による結合部を有する、ナトリウム硫黄バッテリー又はナトリウム金属塩化物バッテリー。
- 請求項5から7までのいずれか1項に記載の、少なくとも1つの接合による結合部を有する、ブシュ部材(20)。
- 貫通孔を有する金属製の支持部材(30)、及び金属製の機能部材(31)を備えた電気的ブシュ部材(20)において、前記金属製の機能部材(31)は、前記貫通孔内で、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の接合ガラス(1)により、前記支持部材(30)とは電気的に絶縁されて、かつ前記貫通孔を密閉して保持されている、電気的ブシュ部材(20)。
- 前記金属製の支持部材(30)が、鋼及びコバールの群から選択される、請求項11に記載の電気的ブシュ部材(20)。
- 前記鋼が、炭素鋼、オーステナイト特殊鋼及びフェライト鋼の群から選択される、請求項12に記載の電気的ブシュ部材(20)。
- 前記金属製の機能部材(31)が、コバール、鋼、銅及び合金(例えばNiFe合金、CrNi合金)の群から選択される少なくとも1つの材料を含む、請求項11から13までのいずれか1項に記載の電気的ブシュ部材(20)。
- ナトリウム硫黄バッテリー又はナトリウム金属塩化物バッテリーの製造のための、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の接合ガラス(1)の使用。
- 危険物質の廃棄処理のための装置中での又は核原子炉中での、又は増殖炉中での、封じ込め容器用の電気的ブシュとしての又は冷却回路用の電気的ブシュとしての、請求項10から14までのいずれか1項に記載のブシュ部材(20)の使用。
