Claims (17)
- 超フェライト系鉄基化合物を伴う、基板の熱コーティングのための溶射用粉末であって、該溶射用粉末は、不純物を除き、C、Mn、Cr、Mo、Ni、Nb、P、S、Si、Fe、Al、O、及びZrからなる化学元素のリストから選ばれる化学元素を含み、
該溶射用粉末が以下の化学組成を有することを特徴とする上記溶射用粉末であって、合計で最大0.4重量%の更なる化学元素が不純物として含有されている、上記溶射用粉末:
最大で0.7重量%までのC;
最大で0.7重量%までのMn;
最大で0.5重量%までのNi;
最大で1.2重量%までのNb;
最大で0.1重量%までのP;
最大で0.1重量%までのS;
最大で0.2重量%までのSi;
20重量%から40重量%までの範囲内のCr;
2.0重量%から6重量%までの範囲内のMo;
最大で50重量%までの、Al2O3及びZrO2からなるセラミック成分;及び
残部のFe。 - 前記溶射用粉末が以下の化学組成を有する溶射用粉末であって、合計で最大0.3重量%の更なる化学元素が不純物として含有されている、請求項1に記載の溶射用粉末:
最大で0.5重量%までのC;
最大で0.5重量%までのMn;
最大で0.3重量%までのNi;
最大で0.8重量%までのNb;
最大で0.05重量%までのP;
最大で0.05重量%までのS;
最大で0.15重量%までのSi;
25重量%から35重量%までの範囲内のCr;
3.5重量%から4.5重量%までの範囲内のMo;
10重量%から最大で40重量%までの、Al2O3及びZrO2からなるセラミック成分;及び
残部のFe。 - 前記溶射用粉末が以下の化学組成を有する、請求項1に記載の溶射用粉末:
最大で0.017重量%までのC;
最大で0.7重量%までのMn;
最大で0.5重量%までのNi;
最大で1.2重量%までのNb;
最大で0.1重量%までのP;
最大で0.1重量%までのS;
最大で0.2重量%までのSi;
27.5重量%から29.5重量%までの範囲内のCr;
3.8重量%から4.2重量%までの範囲内のMo;
34重量%から36重量%までの範囲内の、Al2O3及びZrO2からなるセラミック成分;及び
残部のFe。 - 前記溶射用粉末が以下の化学組成を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の溶射用粉末:
最大で0.017重量%までのC;
最大で0.5重量%までのMn;
最大で0.3重量%までのNi;
最大で0.8重量%までのNb;
最大で0.05重量%までのP;
最大で0.05重量%までのS;
最大で0.15重量%までのSi;
27.5重量%から29.5重量%までの範囲内のCr;
3.8重量%から4.2重量%までの範囲内のMo;
34重量%から36重量%までの範囲内の、Al2O3及びZrO2からなるセラミック成分;及び
残部のFe。 - 前記セラミック成分が、60重量%から90重量%までの間のAl2O3、及び10重量%から40重量%の間のZrO2を含有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の溶射用粉末。
- 前記セラミック成分が、75重量%から85重量%までの間のAl2O3、及び15重量%から25重量%までの間のZrO2を含有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の溶射用粉末。
- 超フェライト系鉄基化合物から作られた熱溶射層を伴う基板であって、該熱溶射層は、不純物を除き、C、Mn、Cr、Mo、Ni、Nb、P、S、Si、Fe、Al、O、及びZrからなる化学元素のリストから選ばれる化学元素を含み、
該熱溶射層が以下の化学組成を有し、合計で最大0.4重量%の更なる化学元素を不純物として含有することを特徴とする、上記基板:
最大で0.7重量%までのC;
最大で0.7重量%までのMn;
最大で0.5重量%までのNi;
最大で1.2重量%までのNb;
最大で0.1重量%までのP;
最大で0.1重量%までのS;
最大で0.2重量%までのSi;
20重量%から40重量%までの範囲内のCr;
2.0重量%から6重量%までの範囲内のMo;
最大で50重量%までの、Al2O3及びZrO2からなるセラミック成分;及び
残部のFe。 - 前記熱溶射層が以下の化学組成を有し、合計で最大0.3重量%の更なる化学元素を不純物として含有する、請求項7に記載の基板:
最大で0.5重量%までのC;
最大で0.5重量%までのMn;
最大で0.3重量%までのNi;
最大で0.8重量%までのNb;
最大で0.05重量%までのP;
最大で0.05重量%までのS;
最大で0.15重量%までのSi;

最大で0.8重量%までのNb;
最大で0.05重量%までのP;
最大で0.05重量%までのS;
最大で0.15重量%までのSi;
27.5重量%から29.5重量%までの範囲内のCr;
3.8重量%から4.2重量%までの範囲内のMo;
34重量%から36重量%までの範囲内の、Al2O3及びZrO2からなるセラミック成分;及び
残部のFe。 - 前記セラミック成分が、60重量%から90重量%までの間のAl2O3、及び10重量%から40重量%の間のZrO2を含有する、請求項7から10までのいずれか一項に記載の基板。
- 前記セラミック成分が、75重量%から85重量%までの間のAl2O3、及び15重量%から25重量%までの間のZrO2を含有する、請求項7から11までのいずれか一項に記載の基板。
- 前記熱溶射層が、金属を含有するマトリクスの化合物層であり、前記セラミック成分を含有する内包物を有するものである、請求項7から12のいずれか一項に記載の基板。
- 前記熱溶射層の気孔率が5%未満であり、及び/又は、該熱溶射層の微小硬さが300HV.03から1000HV.03の間であり、及び/又は、該熱溶射層の層厚みが50μmから500μmの間である、請求項7から13のいずれか一項に記載の基板。
- 前記基板がアルミニウムを含有し、及び/又は該基板が車両用のブレーキディスクである、請求項7から14のいずれか一項に記載の基板。
- 前記基板上の該基板と前記熱溶射層の間に、Ni及びAlを含んでなる合金、及び/又はNi及びCrを含んでなる合金から作られた接着層が設けられた、請求項7から15のいずれか一項に記載の基板。
- 前記熱溶射層及び/又は前記接着層を、粉末フレーム溶射プロセスを使用して製造することを含んでなる、請求項7から16のいずれか一項に記載の基板を製造する方法。
