Description
図1は本発明の実施の形態に係る圧縮機用電動機を内蔵した圧縮機の断面図である。圧縮機100は、図示しない蒸発器から供給される冷媒ガスと残存する液冷媒とを分離するアキュムレータ51と、密閉容器55内に設置され吸入パイプ52を介してアキュムレータ51から供給された冷媒ガスを圧縮する圧縮機構60と、密閉容器55内に設置され圧縮機構60を駆動する圧縮機用電動機である電動機4とを有する。
Claims (4)
- 圧縮機に内蔵される圧縮機用電動機であって、
電磁鋼板を複数積層して成る環状の固定子鉄心と、
前記固定子鉄心の内側に配置され、電磁鋼板を複数積層して成る回転子鉄心と、
一端側が前記回転子鉄心に挿入された回転軸と、
前記回転軸の他端側に設けられ、前記圧縮機に内蔵される圧縮機構内に配置される偏心部と、
を備え、
前記回転子鉄心の軸方向における前記回転子鉄心の中心から前記回転子鉄心の軸方向における前記回転子鉄心の端面までの長さは、前記固定子鉄心の軸方向における前記固定子鉄心の中心から前記固定子鉄心の軸方向における前記固定子鉄心の端面までの長さよりも短く、
前記圧縮機用電動機の運転時における前記回転子鉄心の一端面は、前記固定子鉄心の一端面の延長面上よりも前記回転子鉄心の軸方向中心側に位置する圧縮機用電動機。 - 前記圧縮機用電動機の運転時における前記回転子鉄心の他端面は、前記固定子鉄心の他端面の延長面上よりも前記回転子鉄心の軸方向中心側に位置する請求項1に記載の圧縮機用電動機。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載の圧縮機用電動機を備えた圧縮機。
- 請求項3に記載の圧縮機を備えた冷凍サイクル装置。
