Claims (2)
- インナーシャフト(2)と、
上記インナーシャフト(2)と同軸状に設けられたアウターシャフト(3)と、
カムシャフト調整装置(4)とを備え、
上記カムシャフト調整装置(4)の回転子(6)は、上記インナーシャフト(2)に固定接続された、調整可能なカムシャフト(1)であって、
上記カムシャフト調整装置(4)の固定子(5)は、上記アウターシャフト(3)に固定接続され、
上記インナーシャフト(2)の端部に、一体的な第1接続輪郭部(7)が設けられ、
上記回転子(6)に、上記第1接続輪郭部に対して相補的であり一体的な第2接続輪郭部(8)が設けられ、
上記第1接続輪郭部と上記第2接続輪郭部とは、間接的に、上記インナーシャフト(2)と上記回転子(6)との間の噛み合い接続を可能とし、
上記インナーシャフト(2)と上記回転子(6)との間に、中間ピース(16)が設けられ、
上記中間ピース(16)は、対応する接続輪郭部(17,18)を介して、上記インナーシャフト(2)および上記回転子(6)の上記第1および第2接続輪郭部(7,8)と共にオルダムカップリングを形成しており、
上記中間ピース(16)の接続輪郭部(17,18)は、丸みを帯びた舌状部として構成されると共に、上記第1接続輪郭部(7)および上記第2接続輪郭部(8)は、丸みを帯びた溝として構成され、
丸みを帯びた舌状部として構成された少なくとも1つの上記接続輪郭部(17,18)は、舌状部ヘッドに平面部(19)を有している
ことを特徴とするカムシャフト。 - 請求項1において、
上記回転子(6)を上記インナーシャフト(2)に接続するねじ(14)は、オイル流路(15)を有し、
上記オイル流路(15)によって、上記ねじ(14)を介した上記インナーシャフト(2)から上記回転子(6)へのオイル供給が可能とされている
ことを特徴とするカムシャフト。
