Description
a)セラミック粉末混合物を準備する工程、
b)前記セラミック粉末混合物に可塑性結合剤系を混合する工程、その際に、前記可塑性結合剤系は、引き続く成形法に適合され、かつ可塑性結合剤系とのセラミック粉末混合物は、第1の原料を形成し、
c1)前記の第1の原料を分け、この原料の一部分と添加剤とを混合して第2の原料を形成させる工程、または
c2)前記工程a)およびb)の後に、第2の原料を製造する工程、
d)基体と骨親和性表面とを前記の第1の原料および第2の原料から形成させる成形法を実施する工程、
e)前記グリーン体を脱バインダする工程、
f)先の工程で形成されかつ脱バインダされた、インプラントのブラウン体を焼結させて、機能表面、殊に骨親和性表面を有する、完成したインプラントとする工程
を含む。
・ プレースホルダーを有する複数の前記原料とプレースホルダーなしの複数の前記原料は、射出成形および/または押出により、そのつど、別々に成形に使用されうる。
・ 前記成形過程の際に、複数の前記原料は、制御された条件下で互いに結合されうる。その際に、選択された有機結合剤系は、可塑性素材の接着結合を可能にする。前記成形過程は、典型的には、80℃〜170℃の温度での熱活性化過程である。
・ 複数の前記原料は、これらの複数の前記原料が同じ条件下で焼結されることができ、そのうえ、中実原料とプレースホルダーを含む原料との接合が焼結の際に保持されたままである類似の焼結の動力学を示し、その際に焼結によって固体同士の接合が生じる程度に調節されている。
・ 前記の2つの原料は、二成分射出成形または二成分押出によって加工されかつその際に所望の形にもたらされる。本発明によれば、多成分成形により、後で中実であって、負荷の支えとなる前記部品の範囲は、中実原料で充填され、かつ前記の多孔性の骨親和性の範囲は、添加剤/プレースホルダーを含む原料で充填される。それによって、前記の2つの方法の境の範囲内で、任意の成形体は、製造可能であり、この成形体を用いて、多孔性の骨親和性表面を有する中実固体の目的は、実際に任意に実現されうる。用途に応じて、例えば脊髄インプラント用スペーサーの場合には、前記の多孔性の範囲は、前記部品のより大きな範囲または貫通した通路を占めうる。
・ 熱活性化による成形後に、冷却した後に、セラミック粉末、有機可塑化剤およびプレースホルダーを含有する、比較的固い“グリーン体”が生じる。次に、前記可塑化剤は、例えば蒸発によって、または酸洗浄によって、除去される。
・ 脱バインダされたグリーン体(ブラウン体)は、焼結され、その際に、本発明によれば、所望の中実範囲および多孔性範囲が生じる。前記プレースホルダーは、焼き取られる。中実セラミックと多孔性セラミックの移行範囲が焼結過程によって完成される。
Claims (10)
- 基体および少なくとも1つの機能表面を有するインプラントを製造する方法において、
a)ベース材料として、セラミック粉末混合物を準備する工程、
b)前記セラミック粉末混合物に可塑性結合剤系を混合し、前記基体のための第1の原料を形成する工程、
c1)前記の第1の原料を分割し、分割した第1の原料の一方と添加剤とを混合して、前記機能表面のための第2の原料を形成させる工程、または工程c1)に代えて、
c2)セラミック粉末混合物、可塑性結合剤系および添加剤から、前記機能表面のための第2の原料を製造する工程、
d)前記の第1の原料および第2の原料から射出成形および/または押出により、1つの作業工程で前記基体および前記少なくとも1つの機能表面を有するインプラントのグリーン体を形成する工程、
e)前記グリーン体を脱バインダする工程、
f)脱バインダされたグリーン体を焼結させて、少なくとも1つの機能表面を有する、完成したインプラントとする工程
を含むことを特徴とする、前記方法。 - 前記機能表面は、骨親和性表面であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記セラミック粉末混合物は、酸化ジルコニウム、窒化ケイ素、酸化アルミニウムおよび/または複合材料を含み、および/またはこれらの物質に変換可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記基体と前記機能表面の材料を同じベース材料から製造することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記基体および前記機能表面の材料は、硬化後に前記基体と前記機能表面の材料との接着結合を可能にする可塑性結合剤系を含み、かつ、前記可塑性結合剤系は、有機結合剤系であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の原料に使用する添加剤は、成形後に除去することができる添加剤であり、それによって機能表面の規定された多孔度が調節されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記添加剤は、粒子状であり、かつポリエチレン、ポリスチレン、黒鉛および有機炭素化合物からなる群から選択される1種以上の物質を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6記載の方法。
- 工程d)において、前記基体および/または前記機能表面を、高圧射出成形、低圧射出成形、二成分射出成形、または二成分押出によって形成させることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程d)における成形を、80℃〜170℃の温度で熱により活性化することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 第1の原料および第2の原料は、同じ条件下で焼結されることができ、そのうえ、基体と機能表面との固い接合が生じる焼結の動力学を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
