Claims (8)
- 電磁誘導式変位センサー(CP)の磁気回路のインダクタンス(Lx)の変動を検出する検出回路(CD)であって、
第1のフリップフロップ(BD1)と、パルス発生器(GP)と、クロック信号生成器(GH)と、及び第2のフリップフロップ(BD2)とを有し、
前記第1のフリップフロップ(BD1)は、しきい値電流までコイル(BN)をチャージするために十分な持続時間(tpw1)を有する電圧パルスであるチャージパルス(IP1)を有する第1の信号(U1)を供給するように構成しており、
前記第1の信号(U1)は、前記コイル(BN)の第1の端子に与えられ、
前記パルス発生器(GP)は、基準パルス(IP4)を有する基準信号(U4)を供給するように構成しており、
前記クロック信号生成器(GH)は、前記チャージパルス(IP1)と前記基準パルス(IP4)を周期的に同時にトリガーするように構成しており、
前記第2のフリップフロップ(BD2)は、前記基準パルス(IP4)のトレーリングエッジにおける第1の信号(U1)の状態をとる出力信号(U5)を生成するように構成している
ことを特徴とする検出回路(CD)。 - 前記コイル(BN)の第2の端子において観測される前記第2の信号(U2)が第1の比較しきい値(Se1)を超えたときに、状態を変更させる第3の信号(U3)を供給するように構成している比較器(ST)を有し、
前記第1のフリップフロップ(BD1)は、前記状態の変更によって前記チャージパルス(IP1)が終了するように構成している
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の検出回路(CD)。 - 前記第1のフリップフロップ(BD1)は、クロック信号(U0)が与えられる第1の非同期入力(SET)と、及び前記第3の信号(U3)が与えられる第2の非同期入力(CLEAR)とを有するフリップフロップである
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の検出回路(CD)。 - 前記コイル(BN)の前記第2の端子と当該検出回路(CD)のアースとの間で分岐している抵抗(Rs)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項2又は3のいずれかに記載の検出回路(CD)。 - 前記比較器(ST)は、前記第2の信号(U2)が与えられる入力を有するシュミット式トリガーである
ことを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれかに記載の検出回路(CD)。 - 前記パルス発生器(GP)は、前記出力信号(U5)の状態の1つによって、前記基準パルス(IP4)の初期の持続時間(tpw4)が減少し、前記状態の他の1つによって、前記基準パルス(IP4)をその初期の持続時間(tpw4)に戻すように構成している
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の検出回路(CD)。 - 前記パルス発生器(GP)は、クロックパルス(U0)が与えられる第1の非同期入力(TRIG)と、及び前記出力信号(U5)が与えられる第2の入力とを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の検出回路(CD)。 - 前記第2のフリップフロップ(BD2)は、前記第1の信号(U1)が与えられる第1の同期入力(D)と、及び前記基準信号(U4)が与えられる第2の入力(CLK)とを有するフリップフロップ(D)である
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の検出回路(CD)。
