Description
移動体35は、図10及び図11に示すように、移動板35a、センシング板35b、磁性板35c及び移動子35dから構成され、移動子35dが例えば自動車内のシート等に取付け固定して設けられる。
図11に示すように、センシング板35bは、導電性材料(例えば、銅、銀、アルミニウム、黄銅等)製の薄板からなり、移動板35aの一方の面に、接着剤等により貼付して設けられている。センシング板35bは、移動板35aの長手方向に沿って幅を変化させて、移動体35の移動量に対応して長手方向の幅が変化するように形成されている。このセンシング板35bには、後述する交流磁界によって移動量に対応した大きさの渦電流が誘起される。
コア37aは、絶縁磁性材からなり、円柱状に形成され、上面側に励磁コイル37bを収容するリング状の空間部を有する。
励磁コイル37bは測定装置38に電気的に接続され、交流励磁電流が流される。この励磁コイル37bは、交流励磁電流が流れると、周囲に交流磁界を形成して、磁気回路Cmgを形成する。

Claims (2)
- 検出対象の変位に応じて磁気応答物質との相対位置が変化するように配置されたコイルを含む検出部と、
前記検出部に所定周波数の交流信号を供給する発振回路と、
前記検出部に接続される外付回路と、
前記検出部及び前記外付回路のインピーダンスの位相変動量に基づき前記変位を検出する変位検出手段と、
を備え、前記変位による位相変動量が温度変化による位相変動量に比べて大きくなるように前記外付回路のパラメータが設定されているとともに、
前記外付回路の抵抗R o 及びコンデンサC o 、温度Tの変化領域をT 1 〜T 2 、前記検出部の抵抗R d 及びインダクタンスL d をそれぞれR d =R d (x,T)、L d =L d (x,T)と表すとき、
- 前記変位センサが、所定距離を隔てて対向配置され、それぞれ励磁コイルが一体的に取り付けられた2つの固定コア、および、前記固定コアの間に配置されて、回転角度に対応して径方向の幅が変化するセンシング部を有する導電材料からなるロータを備えた回転センサからなっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変位センサ。
