Claims (9)
- 梁補強金具を用いた梁補強構造であって、
ウェブに貫通孔が形成された梁と、
前記貫通孔の周囲または縁部に固定されるリング状のリング状梁補強金具と、
前記リング状梁補強金具の上下のそれぞれの梁のフランジ部近傍に固定される一対の梁補強金具と、
を具備することを特徴とする梁補強構造。 - 前記梁補強金具は、
梁の前記ウェブに接触する接触面と、
前記ウェブに溶接される溶接面と、
前記溶接面と略対向し、梁のフランジ部と対向するフランジ部対向面と、
を具備し、
長手方向の中央部の断面が、両端部の断面よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1記載の梁補強構造。 - 前記フランジ部対向面は、長手方向に対して略直線状であり、
前記溶接面が屈曲または湾曲し、長手方向の中央部の幅が、両端部の幅よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項2記載の梁補強構造。 - 前記フランジ部対向面の方向を示す、マークが設けられることを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3に記載の梁補強構造。
- 前記マークは、前記フランジ部対向面に設けられた突起であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の梁補強構造。
- 前記突起は前記接触面の縁部まで形成されず、前記突起の下端と前記接触面の縁部との間に隙間が形成され、前記突起の先端が、前記フランジ部と接触することを特徴とする請求項5記載の梁補強構造。
- 前記突起は、前記接触面の縁部まで形成され、前記ウェブと前記フランジ部との境界部近傍における、前記ウェブの厚さ変化部に前記突起の先端に合わせて前記梁補強金具が固定されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の梁補強構造。
- 前記溶接面には、溶接範囲を示す溶接範囲特定部が設けられ、前記溶接範囲特定部が隠れる位置まで溶接されることを特徴とする請求項2から請求項7のいずれかに記載の梁補強構造。
- 前記溶接範囲特定部は、幅方向断面における角度の変化部であることを特徴とする請求項8記載の梁補強構造。
