Description
必要に応じて、式CH2=CHR(ここで、Rは水素または1〜12個の炭素原子を有する炭化水素ラジカルである)で表される1種以上のα−オレフィンと共に、
(i)チタン、マグネシウム、ハロゲンからなり、必要に応じて内部電子供与体化合物(ID)を含む固体触媒成分(cat)、
(ii)アルミニウムアルキル化合物(alk)、及び
(iii)少なくとも2つの遊離ヒドロキシル基を有するヒドロキシエステルの中から選択された帯電防止化合物(AA)
の存在下でエチレンを重合するステップを含み、
アルミニウムアルキル化合物と固体触媒成分との重量比(alk/cat)が0.80を超え、帯電防止化合物とアルミニウムアルキル化合物との重量比(AA/alk)が0.10を超える、工程を提供する。
(a)重合体粒子の帯電を中和可能な帯電防止成分。
(b)アルミニウムアルキル共触媒を部分的に非活性化させる触媒非活性化剤。但し、全体的な重合活性を実質的に抑制してはならない。
(1)式R−N(CH2CH2OH)2で表されるアルキルジエタノールアミン。ここで、Rは10〜20個、好ましくは12〜18個の炭素原子からなるアルキルラジカルである。
(2)エポキシ化亜麻油またはエポキシ化大豆油等のポリエポキシ化油。
(3)4〜8個の炭素原子を有する多価アルコール。
(4)式R−CONR’R”で表されるアミド。ここで、R、R’及びR”は同一であるか異なっていてもよく、1〜22個の炭素原子を有する飽和または不飽和炭化水素ラジカルである。
(5)一般式R−COOMで表される脂肪酸石けん。ここで、Rは12〜22個の炭素原子を有する飽和または不飽和炭化水素ラジカルであり、Mはアルカリまたはアルカリ土類金属である。
(6)一般式ROSO3Mで表される高級アルコールの硫酸エステル塩。ここで、Rは12〜22個の炭素原子を有する飽和または不飽和炭化水素ラジカルであり、Mはアルカリまたはアルカリ土類金属である。
(7)下記一般式で表される高級第2級アルコールの硫酸エステル塩。
ここで、R及びR’は同一であるか異なっていてもよく、12〜22個の炭素原子を有する飽和または不飽和炭化水素ラジカルから選択され、Mはアルカリまたはアルカリ土類金属である。
(8)下記一般式で表される化合物。
ここで、R、M及びnは上記で定義した通りである。
(9)一般式RSO3Mで表される(高級アルキル)スルホン酸の塩。ここで、R、M及びnは上記で定義した通りである。
(10)アルキルアリールスルホン酸の塩。
(11)ジアルキルスルホコハク酸のアルカリまたはアルカリ土類金属塩。
(12)リン酸及び高級アルコールの部分エステルのアルカリまたはアルカリ土類金属塩。
(13)下記一般式で表される第1級アミンの塩。
ここで、Rは飽和または不飽和炭化水素ラジカル、Aは塩素または臭素である。
(14)下記一般式で表されるアルキルアミンスルホン酸型の化合物。
(15)下記一般式で表される化合物。
ここで、Rは4〜22個の炭素原子を有する飽和または不飽和炭化水素ラジカルであり、n及びmは同一であるか異なっていてもよく、1〜10の間の数である。
特性分析
該実施例において、性質は以下の方法に基づき測定した。
溶融指数E(MIE):ASTM−D 1238、条件:190℃/2.16kg
密度:ASTM−D 792
かさ密度:DIN−53194
粒度分布(PSD):Combustion Engineering Endecott社製のTyler Testing Sieve Shaker RX−29 Model Bを使用。ASTM E−11−87に準じてそれぞれ5番、7番、10番、18番、35番及び200番のふるい6個を装備。
固体触媒成分の調製
固体触媒成分は、塩化マグネシウム上に担持された四塩化チタン化合物からなるチーグラー・ナッタ触媒粉末であり、WO2010/076289の実施例2に記述されている手順によって調製された。
内部直径が14.5cmである分散タンクを用いた。該タンクは攪拌機、温度調節に用いられる外部ウォータージャケット、温度計及び低温保持装置を装備した。
−前記チーグラー・ナッタ触媒粉末
−20℃における動的粘度が30cPsであるホワイトオイルOB22 AT
−平均直径336μm、粒度分布が150〜600μmであるモノステアリン酸グリセロール(GMS90、溶融温度68℃)のマイクロビーズ
溶融ワセリングリースBF(増粘剤)431gを前記触媒懸濁液が入っている分散タンクに80℃の供給温度で供給する。溶融された増粘剤を3分間かけて徐々に供給する間、分散タンク内の触媒懸濁液を85rpmの速度で攪拌する。触媒懸濁液は溶融ワセリングリースを添加する間13℃の温度に維持する。その結果、溶融された増粘剤は触媒懸濁液と接触するほぼ瞬時に凝固する。溶融ワセリンを供給した後、触媒ペーストの成分を90分間85rpmの速度で攪拌し続ける。その間、分散タンク内の温度は13℃に維持される。
取得した触媒ペーストを分散タンクから注入器によって引き出し、2個の注入器を用いて触媒活性化容器に連続的に移送する。トリイソブチルアルミニウム(TIBAL)を共触媒として用いる。この場合、TIBAL/触媒の重量比は2.0である。外部供与体は用いず、プロパンを希釈剤として活性化容器に供給する。上記成分は20℃の温度で表1に指定した時間の間、活性化容器内で予備接触させる。
活性化された触媒ペーストを、エチレンを重合して高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)を生成する流動床反応器に導入する。重合は重合希釈剤として機能するプロパンと、分子量調節剤として機能する水素との存在下で行われる。重合条件と気体状反応混合物の組成を表1に示した。
Claims (6)
- エチレン重合体を調製する工程であって、
必要に応じて、式CH2=CHR(ここで、Rは水素または1〜12個の炭素原子を有する炭化水素ラジカルである)で表される1種以上のα−オレフィンと共に、
(i)チタン、マグネシウム、ハロゲンからなり、必要に応じて内部電子供与体化合物(ID)を含む固体触媒成分(cat)、
(ii)アルミニウムアルキル化合物(alk)、及び
(iii)少なくとも2つの遊離ヒドロキシル基を有するヒドロキシエステルの中から選択された帯電防止化合物(AA)
の存在下でエチレンを重合するステップを含み、
アルミニウムアルキル化合物と固体触媒成分との重量比(alk/cat)が0.80超15未満であり、帯電防止化合物とアルミニウムアルキル化合物との重量比(AA/alk)が0.10を超えており、重量比AA/catは0.05〜0.50の範囲内である、工程。 - 前記帯電防止化合物(AA)は、モノステアリン酸グリセロールまたはモノパルミチン酸グリセロールである、請求項1に記載の工程。
- 他の帯電防止化合物に該当する、式R−N(CH2CH2OH)2(ここで、RはアルキルラジカルC12−C18である)で表されるアルキルジエタノールアミンの混合物の存在下で行われる、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の工程。
- 気相で行われる、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の工程。
- カスケード式の複合気相反応器で行われる、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の工程。
- 流動床気相反応器が相互連結される2つの重合区域を有する気相反応器に連結されるか、或いは第1流動床気相反応器が第2流動床気相反応器に連結される、請求項5に記載の工程。
