Abstract

本发明涉及的是一种重铬酸明胶全息记录介质的配方及工艺方法其制胶配方成份主要由混合明胶、超微粒卤化银胶、重铬酸铵溶液以及光谱增感剂、稳定剂和其它促进感光、稳定的化学助剂。工艺流程简述为制胶、涂片、冲洗、封装、拷贝等工艺方法。它的主要特点:工艺简便、成本极低、灵敏度、稳定性好,便于在工业生产上批量生产,且易于推广,它既可作高级的全息元件,也可用于普及型的全息元件的制作。

Description

本发明涉及的是一种重铬酸明胶全息记录介质的配方及工艺。
现有的重铬酸明胶全息记录介质,是使用全息干板,经浸泡、凉干、曝光、冲洗、封装等工艺流程制成高衍射率的全息照片。浸泡是指用以酸性定影液F-5为主要溶液浸泡全息干板,使卤化银粒子溶入水中,这样做会失去对原有红光的感光功能;用重铬酸铵溶液浸泡制备好的明胶片凉干;曝光于黄绿色或更短波长的激光下,形成干涉条纹;然后冲洗、封装。例如美国的KOdaK、德国的Agfa8E75等采用上述的工艺流程方法及它的组方所生产的全息片价格昂贵。
本发明针对上述存在的问题,提出一种效果好,其价格要低得多工艺方法简单化得多的生产重铬酸明胶全息记录介质的配方及工艺方法。它可便于在工业生产上批量生产。
本发明的技术解决方案:
一、配方(制胶配方)
主要由化学感光明胶、隋性胶、纯胶(混合明胶)。超微粒卤化银胶、重铬酸铵溶液以及光谱增感剂,稳定剂及其它促进感光及稳定的化学助剂所组成。它们的成份范围是:
水500ml、混合明胶20克、重铬酸铵1-10克、超微粒卤胶溶液5-50克、增感剂和稳定剂少许。
试用证明:与KOdaK-649F所制备的同样厚度层的灵敏度相比,超出约2-3倍。
二、生产重铬酸明胶全息记录介质的工艺方法,主要分制胶和涂片、冲洗、封装、拷贝工艺方法(其中制胶上面已述)
1、涂片:采用多次多层复盖法使涂片厚度控制在3-70u;
2、冲洗:在0.5%的重铬酸溶液中浸泡,3分钟→在F-5定影液中浸泡5分钟→清水中深洗3分钟→50%异丙醇→水溶液中激烈搅拌震荡3分钟→100%异丙醇溶液中激烈搅拌震荡3分钟。
冲洗室湿度控制在40%相对湿度以下。
冬、夏二季温度控制在20℃左右。或适当改变每一步的时间,使衍射效率至少达到70%。
3、封装:材料可用以下几种,双组份、三组份环氧树脂、502胶、硅胶或光玖硬化胶要求,表面必须清洁,排除粘结附着不牢固处。
4、拷贝:用充气氙灯作光源(光强4000 -4300

)用全息透镜作聚光滤色元件用真空吸附法使母片与感光片直接紧密接触。
采用上述工艺分别制作全息透镜(已装备在“图象彩色化显示仪上”)、高档的全息工艺品(重铬酸明胶二步法白光反射全息)、普及型的“重铬酸明胶片拷贝工艺”全息片可装在艺术灯具上。

1、生产重铬酸明胶全息记录介质的制造工艺方法,其特征主要分制胶和涂片、冲洗、封装、拷贝等工艺方法;其
a、制胶工艺方法:制胶的成份主要是由化学感光明胶、隋性胶、纯胶组成的混合明胶,超微粒卤化银胶,重铬酸铵溶液以及光谱增感剂、稳压剂及其促进感光及稳定的化学助剂所组成;制胶的配比范围水50ml、混合明胶20克、重铬酸铵1-10克、超微粒卤胶溶液5-50克、增感剂和稳定剂少许。
b、涂片工艺方法:采用多次多层复盖法使涂片厚度控制在3-70u;
c、冲洗工艺方法:0.5%的重铬酸溶液中浸泡3分钟→F-5定影液中浸泡5分钟→清水中漂洗3分钟→50%异丙醇→水溶液中激烈搅拌震荡3分钟→100%异丙醇溶液中激烈搅拌震荡3分钟,冲洗室湿度在40%相对湿度以下,冬夏二季温度控制在20℃左右;
d、封装工艺:材料可用双组份、三组份环氧树脂、502胶、硅胶光玖硬化胶,须排除表面有粘结附着不牢固处;
