- Alが10原子%、Coが1.5原子%、Moが0.5原子%、Cuが17.3原子%、Zrが70.7原子%であるZr基非晶質合金組成物。
- 請求項1または2に記載の合金組成物と同じ組成の非晶質リボンを用いて製造された燃料電池用バイポーラプレート。
