Claims (4)
- インサート用部品を成形型にセットする工程と、
少なくとも一部が加温されたノズルを成形型の注入口に押し当てて、前記ノズルから溶融状態の樹脂材料を成形型のキャビティに充填する充填工程と、
前記充填工程の後、前記ノズルを前記注入口に押し当てたままの状態で、前記ノズルの先端の温度が前記樹脂材料の融点以下となるまで待機する待機工程と、を有し、
前記充填工程において、前記ノズルの後端側のみが加温されていることを特徴とする射出成形方法。 - インサート用部品を成形型にセットする工程と、
少なくとも一部が加温されたノズルを成形型の注入口に押し当てて、前記ノズルから溶融状態の樹脂材料を成形型のキャビティに充填する充填工程と、
前記充填工程の後、前記ノズルを前記注入口に押し当てたままの状態で、前記ノズルの先端の温度が前記樹脂材料の融点以下となるまで待機する待機工程と、を有し、
前記ノズルの先端は、前記充填工程及び前記待機工程において、前記キャビティの端部に直接対向していることを特徴とする射出成形方法。 - 少なくとも一部が加温されたノズルを成形型の注入口に押し当てて、前記ノズルから溶融状態の樹脂材料を成形型のキャビティに充填する充填工程と、
前記充填工程の後、前記ノズルを前記注入口に押し当てたままの状態で、前記ノズルの先端の温度が前記樹脂材料の融点以下となるまで待機する待機工程と、を有し、
前記充填工程の前に、外装部材で収容された発電要素を有する単電池を前記成形型にセットする工程を有し、
前記キャビティは、前記単電池の外周の少なくとも一部を包囲する形状に対応する形状であることを特徴とする射出成形方法。 - 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の射出成形方法であって、
前記ノズルの先端は、先細りとなる第1のテーパ形状であり、
前記注入口は、前記第1のテーパ形状に対応した第2のテーパ形状であることを特徴とする射出成形方法。
