Claims (4)
- 複数本の炭素繊維の間に樹脂が含浸された繊維強化樹脂からなる導電性樹脂体であって、
前記炭素繊維は、金属メッキが施されており、X線光電子分光法により測定したO 1S ピーク強度を、前記分光法により測定したC 1S ピーク強度で割り込んだ値である表面酸素量が0.097以上0.138以下である
ことを特徴とする導電性樹脂体。 - 前記複数本の炭素繊維は、2本以上の炭素繊維を1つの層として複数層に積層されたものであって、
複数層に積層される2本以上の炭素繊維のうち、一部の層における炭素繊維について金属メッキが施され、前記一部の層を除く他の層における炭素繊維について金属メッキが施されていない
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導電性樹脂体。 - 前記複数本の炭素繊維は、所定方向に並んで配置されており、
前記複数本の炭素繊維のうち所定方向に並ぶ一部の炭素繊維について金属メッキが施され、前記一部を除く残部の炭素繊維について金属メッキが施されていない
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2のいずれかに記載の導電性樹脂体。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の導電性樹脂体を車両用のボディとすると共に、当該導電性樹脂体のうち前記金属メッキが施された炭素繊維の配置箇所に対して、車載機器及び車両バッテリのマイナス端子が電気接続されている
ことを特徴とする車両アース構造。
