Description
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1に係る空気調和機の室内機を示す斜視図である。図2は図1に示した室内機の縦断面図である。この室内機1は、屋外に設置される室外機(図示せず)と冷媒配管で接続されており冷凍サイクル回路が構成されている。
図12は、この発明の実施の形態2に係る空気調和機の室内機を示す縦断面図である。図中、図2と同一符号は同一、または相当部分を示す。
図14は、この発明の実施の形態3による空気調和機の室内機を示す縦断面図である。この実施の形態は、熱交換器4が送風ファン5の前面側のみに配置され、背面側には熱交換器を備えていない室内機1に関するものである。図中、図2と同一符号は同一、または相当部分を示す。
Claims (5)
- 室内の壁面に設置される空気調和機の室内機であって、
上部の吸込口から前面側下部の吹出口に室内空気を送風する送風ファンと、該送風ファンの上流側に配置される熱交換器と、前記送風ファンより前記壁面寄りに位置して前記熱交換器を支持する背面ケースと、前記壁面に固定される据付板と、を有し、
前記背面ケースは、
前記送風ファンから吹出される空気の吹出風路を形成する吹出風路壁部材と、
該吹出風路壁部材の背面側に位置し、前記据付板に取り付けられる据付部材と、が組み合わされて構成され、
前記吹出風路壁部材は、
前記吹出風路の背面側の壁を形成する吹出風路壁と、
前記熱交換器にあって前記送風ファンの背面側に配置される熱交換器の下方に位置し、前記熱交換器で着露して落下する水滴を受けるドレンパン部と、
前記吹出風路壁にあって、前記ドレンパン部よりも下方となる下側吹出風路壁と、を有し、
前記据付部材は、
前記吹出風路壁部材よりも上下方向に長く構成され、前記吹出風路壁部材よりも上方に突出して前記吹出風路壁部材と組み合わされるとともに、前記下側吹出風路壁に対向する吹出風路壁対向部を有し、
前記吹出風路壁部材の下側吹出風路壁の背面と前記据付部材の吹出風路壁対向部との間に第一の空間が形成されている空気調和機の室内機。 - 前記第一の空間に断熱材が設置されている請求項1に記載の空気調和機の室内機。
- 前記据付部材は、
前記ドレンパン部に対向するドレンパン部対向部を有し、
前記吹出風路壁部材のドレンパン部と前記据付部材のドレンパン部対向部との間に第二の空間が形成されている請求項1に記載の空気調和機の室内機。 - 前記第二の空間に断熱材が設置されている請求項3に記載の空気調和機の室内機。
- 前記据付部材の下端部に前記吹出風路壁部材の下端部が固定され、前記据付部材が前記吹出風路壁部材よりも上方に突出して組み合わされている請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の空気調和機の室内機。
