Description
[実施例1]

耐熱条件(80℃、24時間)での曲がり実験
前記実施例および比較例において製造された偏光板を200mm×150mmサイズにサンプルを製造した。図5に、前記サンプルの構成を示す。この時、前記サンプルは、吸収軸の方向を長手方向として、すなわち、吸収軸の方向の長さが200mmのサンプルを製造した。
耐湿熱(60℃、湿度90%、24時間)条件下での曲がり実験
ガラス基板に付着したサンプルを60℃、湿度90%のチャンバーに24時間放置したことを除いては実験例1と同様である。その結果は下記の表8に示し、それに基づいて曲がり方向の収縮力(X軸)と曲がり(Y軸)の相関関係を分析したグラフは図4に示す。

Claims (8)
- 偏光膜、前記偏光膜の一側に備えられた第1保護フィルム、および前記偏光膜の他側に備えられた第2保護フィルムを含む偏光板であって、
前記第1保護フィルムの少なくとも1方向の収縮力が幅1mm当たり10kgf以下であり、
前記第2保護フィルムの少なくとも1方向の収縮力が幅1mm当たり10kgf以下であり、
前記偏光膜の少なくとも1方向の収縮力が幅1mm当たり45kgf以下であり、
前記偏光膜の厚さが0μm超12μm以下であり、
前記第1保護フィルムの厚さが0μm超23μm以下であり、
前記第2保護フィルムの厚さが0μm超40μm以下である偏光板。 - 前記偏光膜はポリビニルアルコール系偏光膜である、請求項1に記載の偏光板。
- 前記第1保護フィルムおよび第2保護フィルムは、各々、COP(cycloolefin polymer)系フィルム、アクリル系フィルム、TAC(triacetylcellulose)系フィルム、COC(cycloolefin copolymer)系フィルム、PNB(polynorbornene)系フィルムおよびPET(polyethylene terephtalate)系フィルムのうちいずれか1つ以上からなる、請求項1または2に記載の偏光板。
- 前記第1保護フィルムおよび第2保護フィルムのうちいずれか1つ以上は、収縮力が幅1mm当たり10kgf以下であるCOP(cycloolefin polymer)系フィルムを含む、請求項3に記載の偏光板。
- 前記第1保護フィルム上に位置した感圧接着剤層を含み、前記第2保護フィルムはUV吸収剤、ブロッキング防止剤(anti−blocking agent)、潤滑剤、静電気防止剤および安定剤のうちから選択される1以上の添加剤を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の偏光板。
- 前記第1保護フィルムおよび第2保護フィルムのうち少なくとも1つの上に反射防止層、低反射コーティング層、UV吸収層、輝度向上層、静電気防止コーティング層、防眩(Antiglare)層、液晶コーティング層およびハードコーティング層のうちから選択される1以上の層がさらに備えられる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の偏光板。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の偏光板を含むディスプレイ装置。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の偏光板を含む液晶表示装置。
