Claims (8)
- 回転軸の端部に固定されたコンプレッサインペラと、
前記コンプレッサインペラが収容されるコンプレッサハウジングと、
前記コンプレッサハウジングに設けられ、前記回転軸の延長線上に延在するとともに、前記コンプレッサインペラの正面側に位置する吸気空間と、
前記コンプレッサインペラに対して前記回転軸の径方向外側に設けられ、前記吸気空間から吸引されて該コンプレッサインペラによって圧縮された流体を、該コンプレッサハウジングの外に導く下流側流路と、
一端が前記下流側流路を形成する前記コンプレッサハウジングの壁面に開口し、他端が前記吸気空間を形成する該コンプレッサハウジングの壁面に開口し、該下流側流路に導かれた流体を該下流側流路から該吸気空間へ還流させる戻り流路と、
前記吸気空間において前記コンプレッサインペラと前記回転軸の軸方向に離隔して設けられ、前記コンプレッサハウジング外から流体が導かれる流路を形成する内周面のうち、該流体の流れ方向の下流端が、前記戻り流路の他端が開口する該コンプレッサハウジングの壁面よりも、該回転軸の径方向内側に位置する導入部と、
を備えることを特徴とする遠心圧縮機。 - 前記導入部は、流体の流れ方向の上流側から下流側に向かって内径が縮小する縮径部で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 前記導入部よりも前記回転軸の径方向外側であって、かつ、前記戻り流路のうち前記吸気空間側の開口よりも該回転軸の径方向内側には、該回転軸の回転方向に環状に延在する環状路が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 前記環状路は、前記戻り流路のうち前記吸気空間側の開口よりも、前記導入部の上流端側に延在し、かつ、該導入部の上流端側から下流端側に向かって、前記回転軸の径方向における断面積が拡大することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 前記戻り流路のうち前記吸気空間側の開口は、前記導入部と、前記回転軸の径方向に少なくとも一部が重なっていることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 前記導入部は、前記コンプレッサハウジングに着脱自在に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 前記吸気空間内であって、前記導入部の下流端よりも前記コンプレッサインペラ側には、前記回転軸の回転方向に環状に延在する隔壁が設けられ、
前記隔壁の外周面と、前記吸気空間を形成する前記コンプレッサハウジングの壁面との間には、前記コンプレッサインペラ側から前記導入部側に向かって前記流体を導く還流路が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の遠心圧縮機を備えたことを特徴とする過給機。
