Description
−クロム鉄鉱精鉱および粒子サイズが6〜9mmより小さいマンガン鉱石細粒を含む凝集混合物を生成し、
−凝集混合物を塊にして未加工の凝塊生成物を生成し、
−未加工の凝塊生成物をスチールベルト型焼結炉で焼結して焼結物または焼結されたペレットを生成し、
−焼結物または焼結されたペレットをサブマージアーク炉で融解して、マンガンおよびクロム含有合金鉄を生産する。
Claims (11)
- −クロム鉄鉱精鉱および粒子サイズが9mmを下回るマンガン鉱石細粒を含む凝集混合物を生成し、
−該凝集混合物を塊にして未加工の凝塊生成物を生成し、
−該未加工の凝塊生成物をスチールベルト型焼結炉で焼結して焼結物または焼結されたペレットを生成し、
−該焼結物または焼結されたペレットをサブマージアーク炉で融解して、マンガンおよびクロム含有合金鉄を生産する工程を含むことを特徴とする鉄鋼製造用マンガン含有合金鉄の生産方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記凝集混合物は、粒子サイズが6mmを下回るマンガン鉱石細粒を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、マンガン鉱石細粒は、前記クロム鉄鉱精鉱の10〜40重量%量で前記凝集混合物に添加することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、前記マンガン鉱石細粒のマンガン含有量は35〜50%であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、前記マンガン鉱石細粒は、酸化マンガン鉱石および/もしくは炭化マンガン鉱石(MnCO3)ならびに/または方解石含有マンガン鉱石を含有することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、前記凝集混合物には、冶金コークス、無煙炭または他の種類のコークスなどの炭素質材料を5.0〜7.0重量%量にて添加することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、該方法はさらに、前記マンガン鉱石細粒を粉砕および磨砕して微粉マンガン鉱石を生成し、該微粉マンガン鉱石をクロム鉄鉱精鉱と混合させてペレットフィードを生成し、該ペレットフィードをペレット化して直径6〜16mmの生ペレットを生成することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項7に記載の方法において、前記ペレットフィードには、0.5〜1.0重量%量のベントナイトを結合剤として添加することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項7または8に記載の方法において、前記ペレットフィードには、冶金コークス、無煙炭または他の種類のコークスなどの炭素質材料を0.1〜2.0重量%量にて添加することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、前記焼結炉における処理温度は、電気炉、天然ガス、石油または他の利用可能な熱源から得られる一酸化炭素によって調整することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、前記焼結炉の層の最高温度は鉱石の質に応じて1350〜1450℃であることを特徴とする方法。
