Abstract
Для получения содержащего марганец ферросплава для производства стали получают агломерационную смесь, которая содержит концентрат хромитовой руды и рудную мелочь марганцевой руды, имеющую размер зерен менее 6-9 мм. Смесь агломерируют с получением полупродуктов агломерации, таких как, например, окатыши или другие типы агломератов. Полупродукты агломерации спекают в печи для спекания со стальным транспортером с получением либо агломерата, либо спеченных окатышей. Агломерат или спеченные окатыши плавят в печи с закрытой дугой для получения ферросплава, содержащего марганец и хром. Полученный указанным способом ферросплав содержит 6,0-35 мас.% марганца и 31-54 мас.% хрома.
