Abstract
Для использования пылей и мелких фракций руды, образованных в процессе получения ферроникеля, из пылей и тонкоизмельченного рудного материала получают сырье для гранулирования. Сырье для гранулирования гранулируют с получением сырых окатышей, которые спекают в печи для спекания со стальным транспортером, включающей одну или более зон для сушки, нагревания, спекания и охлаждения окатышей. Спеченные окатыши можно направить во вращающуюся обжиговую печь для частичного восстановления никеля и железа. В качестве альтернативы окатыши можно направить в плавильную печь для получения ферроникеля вместе с частично восстановленной латеритовой рудой, полученной из вращающейся обжиговой печи. Определены оптимальные условия для спекания окатышей из пыли, образованной в процессе получения ферроникеля.
