Abstract
Описан способ производства никельсодержащих отвержденных хромитовых окатышей. Способ включает обеспечение измельченной смеси, содержащей материал, содержащий железо и хром, и необязательно углерод и необязательно добавки; обеспечение никельсодержащего материала, содержащего осажденные соединения никеля из способа гидрометаллургической очистки никельсодержащего сырьевого материала, связующее вещество и необязательно флюсующий агент; примешивание никельсодержащего материала, связующего вещества и необязательно флюсующего агента в измельченную смесь с получением смеси для агломерации; агломерацию смеси для агломерации с получением сырых окатышей и отверждение сырых окатышей с получением отвержденных хромитовых окатышей. Способ включает термообработку никельсодержащего материала перед примешиванием никельсодержащего материала в измельченную смесь для удаления серы, воды, возможно карбонатов и летучих веществ из никельсодержащего материала и для получения оксидов никеля в никельсодержащем материале.
