Abstract
Description
本出願は、2014年10月20日出願の米国仮出願第62/066,009号に対する優先権を主張する。この出願はそれを全体として参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
磁気撹拌器および撹拌棒を装備した500mLの丸底フラスコに、3−ヒドロキシ−2−アリルベンズアルデヒド(8)(250mLアセトン中の25g)、臭化ベンジル(28.36g、1.05当量)、および炭酸カリウム(54.4g、2.5当量)の溶液を充填した。上記混合物を室温で一晩撹拌した(反応の進行はTLCによりモニターした)。懸濁液をろ過し、ろ過物を真空中で蒸発させて、粗い半固体の塊を得た。これを550mLのヘキサン中に取り、2時間撹拌した。固体をヘキサンから析出させ、ろ過して、2−アリル−3−ベンジルオキシベンズアルデヒド(1)、収率36.6g(95%)を得た。化合物を分光データにより確認した。反応の完了を、薄層シリカゲルプレート(溶離液:ヘキサン中の20%酢酸エチル)を用いてTLCによりモニターした。
Claims (22)
- 式3
の化合物を生成する方法であって、式2
の化合物および有機溶媒を含む溶液を加熱することを含み、前記加熱が、前記溶液にマイクロ波放射を照射することを含み、式中、Xが、水素、アルコキシ基、またはOR2、非置換もしくは置換アリール、または非置換もしくは置換ベンジルであってもよく、R 2 が、C 1〜4 アルキル、非置換もしくは置換アリール、または非置換もしくは置換ベンジルであり、前記有機溶媒が、トリグライム、N−メチルピロリジノン、テトラデカン、テトラヒドロナフタレン、p−クロロフェノール、1,2−ジクロロベンゼン、ジフェニルエーテル、および26.5%ジフェニルおよび73.5%酸化ジフェニルの混合物のうちの少なくとも1種を含む、方法。 - 前記溶液が、175℃〜195℃の範囲の温度で加熱される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- Xが、水素またはアルコキシ基である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱により、式4
の化合物から式3の化合物が分離される、請求項3に記載の方法。 - 式3の化合物をO−アルキル化して、式5
