Claims (8)
- 収穫された野菜をマイナス水素イオン(H−)を含む処理水で処理する工程と、
前記処理水で処理された野菜を一定温度以下で加熱乾燥する工程とを含み、
前記処理水は、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土金属、第13族および第14族の金属の少なくとも1つを含む水素化金属によって処理された水であり、前記処理水は、H++H−⇔H0 2の電離水素水であり、
前記加熱乾燥する工程は、野菜の酵素が破壊されない温度で野菜を乾燥する、野菜の加工方法。 - 前記野菜の加工方法はさらに、乾燥された野菜を粉末化する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の加工方法。
- 前記処理する工程は、野菜を前記処理水内に一定時間浸漬する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の加工方法。
- 前記処理する工程は、前記野菜に前記処理水を噴霧する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の加工方法。
- 前記処理する工程は、切断された野菜に前記処理水を供給する、請求項1ないし4いずれか1つに記載の加工方法。
- 前記処理する工程は、前記野菜の根に前記処理水を供給する、請求項1ないし4いずれか1つに記載の加工方法。
- 前記加熱乾燥する工程は、遠赤外線減圧低温乾燥である、請求項1ないし6いずれか1つに記載の加工方法。
- 前記遠赤外線減圧低温乾燥による加熱乾燥は、40℃±2℃以下の温度にて行われる、請求項7に記載の加工方法。
