Abstract
【解決手段】所定量の亜麻仁を缶体内に収容しS1、当該缶体を密閉S2した状態で加熱して、缶体温度を90〜115℃で所定時間維持する蒸らし加熱処理S3を行う亜麻仁の熱処理方法とした。さらに、前記蒸らし加熱処理の後、前記缶体を真空引きし、減圧下の状態で、最高温度80℃に設定した真空加熱処理を所定時間行う処理方法とした。

Claims (3)
- 所定量の亜麻仁を缶体内に収容し、当該缶体を密閉した状態で加熱して、缶体温度を90〜115℃で所定時間維持する蒸らし加熱処理を行うことを特徴とする亜麻仁の熱処理方法。
- 所定量の亜麻仁を缶体内に収容し、当該缶体を密閉した状態で加熱して、缶体温度を100〜115℃で、少なくとも30分以上所定時間維持する蒸らし加熱処理を行うことを特徴とする亜麻仁の熱処理方法。
- 前記蒸らし加熱処理の後、前記缶体を真空引きし、減圧下の状態で、最高温度80℃に設定した真空加熱処理を所定時間行うことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の亜麻仁の熱処理方法。
