Claims (5)
- 肉産業およびその他の食品産業からの副産物を保存する方法であって、冷蔵することなく、特に適切な防腐剤を前記副産物に添加することで、前記副産物の腐敗または劣化を劇的に軽減することを目的とする、方法において、
前記副産物を破砕、粉砕または分解することなく、収集用サイロまたは容器の中に前記副産物を投入するたびに、同時に、前記防腐剤に圧力をかけて加圧空気と合わせた混合物を生成して、この混合物によって、前記副産物の各層に前記防腐剤を均一に散布して前記防腐剤の噴霧を実現され、
浸出液の流出は、気密性ホッパーを使用して、前記防腐剤が前記浸出液と一緒に流されて流出するのを防止することで回避され、
前記副産物を関連の貯蔵容器内に投入する動作は、前記気密性ホッパーの高さの上半分に相当する位置にある排水口を基に、気密性を保って実行されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記気密性ホッパーへの副産物の様々な投入は、一箇所または複数箇所から実施され、その結果、前記副産物全体は、前記気密性ホッパー内で円錐形の構成になり、前記噴霧される防腐剤は、前記気密性ホッパーに貯蔵された前記副産物の表面に塗布されて、前記防腐剤を前記副産物に均一に散布できるようになることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の肉産業およびその他の食品産業からの副産物を保存する方法。
- 前記防腐剤の分量計量は、副産物と防腐剤との比率が所定限度内に収まるように、遠隔制御システムを介して実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の肉産業およびその他の食品産業からの副産物を保存する方法。
- 前記副産物を破砕、粉砕または分解することなく、前記気密性ホッパーの中に前記副産物を投入する間、適量な前記防腐剤は、前記副産物の表面に混合されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一項に記載の肉産業およびその他の食品産業からの副産物を保存する方法。
- 前記防腐剤の分量計量は、手動で実施しても自動で実施してもよいことを特徴とする、請求項1,2および4のうちいずれか一項に記載の肉産業およびその他の食品産業からの副産物を保存する方法。
