前記メッキ前処理として、
超臨界二酸化炭素に難溶で有機金属錯体を溶解及び還元することができる油剤を前記抗張力繊維上に塗布する第1処理と、
前記第1処理において前記油剤が塗布された前記抗張力繊維に対して、有機金属錯体が投入された状態で超臨界二酸化炭素を接触させる第2処理と、
を含む、シールドスリーブの製造方法である。

Claims (1)
- 断面が略円形の、1本の抗張力繊維又は複数本の抗張力繊維の束に、メッキ前処理を施した後に金属メッキを施して編組加工したシールドスリーブの製造方法であって、
前記メッキ前処理として、
超臨界二酸化炭素に難溶で有機金属錯体を溶解及び還元することができる油剤を前記抗張力繊維上に塗布する第1処理と、
前記第1処理において前記油剤が塗布された前記抗張力繊維に対して、有機金属錯体が投入された状態で超臨界二酸化炭素を接触させる第2処理と、
を含む、シールドスリーブの製造方法。
