Claims (4)
- ベッド上の被検体周辺でX線管及びX線検出器を回転させることで、X線透視画像撮影及びCT画像撮影が可能な放射線治療システムのベッド位置決め装置であって、
計画CT画像から生成された模擬透視画像と前記X線管及び前記X線検出器で撮像された第1X線透視画像から差分画像を生成し、当該差分画像を前記X線管の回転する軸方向に平均化して生成された、または当該差分画像の当該軸方向における画素の最頻値に基づき生成された補正用画像を用いて前記第1X線透視画像を補正し、当該補正後の第2X線透視画像と前記模擬透視画像を比較して前記ベッドの移動量を求める透視画像位置決め装置を備えることを特徴とするベッド位置決め装置。 - 前記X線管と前記X線検出器の間に配置される構造物を備え、
前記第1X線透視画像は前記構造物を配置して撮像された透視画像であり、前記計画CT画像は前記構造体が映っていない基準となるCT画像であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベッド位置決め装置。 - 前記構造物は、前記X線管及びX線検出器の回転軸の方向には厚みが略一様であり、前記回転軸と垂直な方向には厚みが異なる構成を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のベッド位置決め装置。
- 前記透視画像位置決め装置は、
前記補正用画像を用いて前記第1X線透視画像を補正することで、前記構造物を第1透視画像から除去した第2X線透視画像を生成することを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のベッド位置決め装置。
