Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1にかかる回路基板の構成を示すブロック図である。回路基板150は、配線パターンが形成されたプリント配線板100を備えている。プリント配線板100は、外部の強電電源113から電力の供給を受ける一次回路101のパターンと、弱電部品102又は強電部品108が排他実装される部品実装回路103のパターンとを備えている。一次回路101のパターンと部品実装回路103のパターンとの間には、第1の絶縁部106が設けられている。第1の絶縁部106は、強電電源113から供給される電力の電圧値において必要とされる絶縁距離を備えている。
図7は、本発明の実施の形態2にかかるプリント配線板の構成を示す図である。プリント配線板300の表面は、基板シルク310で覆われている。実施の形態2においては、基板シルク310は、部品の接続先及び部品識別文字が印字されている。
Claims (8)
- 強電電源から強電の電力供給を受ける一次回路のパターンと、
弱電電源から前記強電よりも低電圧の弱電の電力の供給を受ける弱電回路のパターンと、
前記強電で用いる強電部品の実装時及び前記弱電で用いる弱電部品の実装時に使用される共用回路のパターンと、
前記一次回路のパターンと前記共用回路のパターンとを絶縁する第1の絶縁部と、
前記共用回路のパターンと前記弱電回路のパターンとを絶縁する第2の絶縁部とを有することを特徴とするプリント配線板。 - 請求項1に記載のプリント配線板を用いた回路基板であって、
前記一次回路のパターンと前記共用回路のパターンとを接続する第1のジャンパを備え、
前記共用回路に前記強電部品が実装されたことを特徴とする回路基板。 - 請求項1に記載のプリント配線板を用いた回路基板であって、
前記共用回路のパターンと前記弱電回路のパターンとを接続する第2のジャンパを備え、
前記弱電回路に前記弱電部品及び前記弱電の電力供給を受けるための給電端子台が実装されたことを特徴とする回路基板。 - 前記第2のジャンパは、チップ型ジャンパであり、
前記弱電部品のライブ側での前記チップ型ジャンパの沿面距離と前記弱電部品のニュートラル側での前記チップ型ジャンパの沿面距離とを加算した距離は、前記弱電での絶縁距離以上であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の回路基板。 - 前記強電部品は、前記強電で用いる強電モータの接続用の端子台であり、前記弱電部品は、前記弱電で用いる弱電モータの接続用のコネクタであることを特徴とする請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載の回路基板。
- 前記強電部品の実装領域と前記弱電部品の実装領域とが一部重複していることを特徴とする請求項2から5のいずれか1項に記載の回路基板。
- 前記強電部品及び前記弱電部品の情報が印字された基板シルクを有し、
前記弱電部品の情報は、前記弱電部品の実装領域に隣接し、かつ前記強電部品の実装領域内に位置するように印字されており、
前記強電部品の情報は、前記強電部品の実装領域に隣接し、かつ前記弱電部品の実装領域内に位置するように印字されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の回路基板。 - 請求項5に記載の回路基板が用いられ、ダクト空気調和装置においてダクトの開閉を制御する制御ユニットであって、
前記強電モータ及び前記弱電モータは、前記ダクトを開閉するダンパを駆動するダンパモータであることを特徴とする制御ユニット。
