Claims (13)
- 車両のためのブレーキシステムであって、
第1の室(12)、少なくとも1つの第1の液圧作用面(14a)によって前記第1の室(12)を区切るロッドピストン(14)、第2の室(16)、およびフロートピストン(18)を備えるマスタブレーキシリンダ(10)であって、前記ロッドピストン(14)は、該マスタブレーキシリンダ(10)の追加室(20)を区切っている第2の液圧作用面(14b)を備えるように構成されている、または、別のブレーキシリンダ(144)の追加室(20)を区切っている第2の液圧作用面(14b)と結合可能である前記マスタブレーキシリンダ(10)と、
少なくとも前記マスタブレーキシリンダ(10)の前記第1の室(12)及び前記第2の室(16)と流体結合され、該流体結合をもたらすブレーキ液を大気圧で貯留している作動液リザーバ(24)と、
ブレーキトルク生成をするホイールブレーキシリンダ(26)とそれぞれ流体結合されている、前記第1の室(12)と流体結合された少なくとも1つの第1のブレーキ回路および前記第2の室(16)と流体結合された少なくとも1つの第2のブレーキ回路と、
一方の端部で少なくとも前記第1のブレーキ回路と流体結合されるとともに他方の端部で前記追加室(20)と流体結合された流体配管(28)と、を有している、そのようなブレーキシステムにおいて、
前記追加室(20)は、備蓄室(36)が接続された別の流体配管(46)を介して前記作動液リザーバ(24)に接続されている、または、第1の逆止め弁(100)およびスロットル(102)が直列に配置された別の流体配管(104)を介して前記作動液リザーバ(24)に接続されている
ことを特徴とするブレーキシステム。 - ブレーキ液は、前記追加室(20)から前記第1の逆止め弁(100)および前記スロットル(102)を介して前記作動液リザーバ(24)へ移送可能であり、前記スロットル(102)は、前記スロットル(102)を通って流れる作動液に関して前記作動液リザーバ(24)に向かう方向で流出抵抗の増大を惹起する、
請求項1に記載のブレーキシステム。 - 前記マスタブレーキシリンダ(10)は、環状容積部として構成された少なくとも1つの予備充填環状室(20)を前記追加室(20)として有するように構成されている、
請求項1または2に記載のブレーキシステム。 - 前記流体配管(28)には前記第1のブレーキ回路に向かう方向へ流体的に開放可能である第2の逆止め弁(30)が配置されている、
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のブレーキシステム。 - 前記ブレーキシステムは、一方の端部で前記第2のブレーキ回路と流体結合されるとともに他方の端部で前記追加室(20)と流体結合された並列流体配管(32)を追加的に含んでおり、前記並列流体配管(32)には、前記第2のブレーキ回路に向かう方向へ流体的に開放可能である第3の逆止め弁(34)が配置されている、
請求項4に記載のブレーキシステム。 - 前記ロッドピストン(14)は、車両の運転者により操作可能なブレーキ入力部材(22)と連結可能な、前記第2の液圧作用面(14b)によって前記マスタブレーキシリンダ(10)の前記追加室(20)を区切る差動ピストン(14)として構成されている、
請求項3から5のいずれか1項に記載のブレーキシステム。 - 前記マスタブレーキシリンダ(10)とは別個に作動液圧を生成するように構成され、切換弁(58aおよび58b)がそれぞれ配置された流体配管(56aおよび56b)を介して前記第1のブレーキ回路および前記第2のブレーキ回路と流体結合され、前記作動液リザーバ(24)に接続されたアクチュエータ(52)を含んでいる、
請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のブレーキシステム。 - 前記アクチュエータ(52)は電気液圧式に作動可能である、
請求項7に記載のブレーキシステム。 - 運転者により操作可能なブレーキペダルストロークの全体にわたって、またはその各区域にわたって作動可能であるペダル感覚シミュレータ(68)をさらに含んでいる、
請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のブレーキシステム。 - 前記備蓄室(36)が接続された前記別の流体配管(46)には電気切換可能なバルブ(40)が配置されている、
請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のブレーキシステム。 - 前記備蓄室(36)は、前記別の流体配管(46)のうちの、前記追加室(20)と電気切換可能な前記バルブ(40)との間に接続されている、
請求項10に記載のブレーキシステム。 - 前記備蓄室(36)は前記別の流体配管(46)にスロットル(50)を介して接続されている、
請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載のブレーキシステム。 - ブレーキ液は前記追加室(20)から前記スロットル(50)を介して前記備蓄室(36)へと移送可能であり、前記スロットル(50)は該スロットル(50)を通って流れる作動液に関して前記備蓄室(36)に向かう方向で流出抵抗の増大を惹起する、
