Claims (6)
- タンク装置であって、
ガス消費機器に供給する燃料ガスを貯留する燃料ガスタンクと、
該燃料ガスタンクのガス圧を検出する第1圧力センサーと、
前記燃料ガスタンクから前記ガス消費機器に供給される燃料ガスのガス圧を、前記燃料ガスタンクから前記ガス消費機器に到るガス供給管路で検出する第2圧力センサーと、
前記第1圧力センサーと前記第2圧力センサーに駆動電圧を印加するバッテリーと、
前記燃料ガスタンクへのガス充填がなされた際の前記第1圧力センサーの検出ガス圧と、前記ガス充填がなされた後に前記燃料ガスタンクから前記ガス消費機器に最初に燃料ガスが供給される際の前記第2圧力センサーの検出ガス圧とのガス圧差分を求め、該ガス圧差分が所定の閾値範囲に収まっていない場合には前記第1圧力センサーと前記第2圧力センサーのいずれかに出力異常があると判定するセンサー出力判定部とを備え、
前記センサー出力判定部は、
前記燃料ガスタンクへのガス充填がなされた後であって前記バッテリーの充電電圧が予め定めた値以下の場合には、前記検出ガス圧を用いた出力異常の判定を実行しない、或いは、前記判定した出力異常をクリアする、
タンク装置。 - 前記第1圧力センサーは、前記燃料ガスタンクへのガス充填を図るためのガス充填経路において、該経路が閉鎖された状態で前記燃料ガスタンクのガス圧を検出する請求項1に記載のタンク装置。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載のタンク装置であって、
前記燃料ガスタンクを複数備え、該複数の燃料ガスタンクを前記ガス消費機器へのガス供給に順次用いるように運用するタンク運用部を有し、
前記センサー出力判定部は、
前記燃料ガスタンクへのガス充填がなされた際の前記第1圧力センサーの検出ガス圧を記憶し、前記タンク運用部によりガス供給に新たに用いられるようになった前記燃料ガスタンクから前記ガス充填がなされた後に最初に前記ガス消費機器に燃料ガスが供給される際の前記第2圧力センサーの検出ガス圧と前記記憶した前記第1圧力センサーの検出ガス圧とのガス圧差分を求め、該ガス圧差分が所定の閾値範囲に収まっていない場合には前記第1圧力センサーと第2圧力センサーのいずれかに出力異常があると判定する、タンク装置。 - 前記ガス消費機器は、燃料電池である請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のタンク装置。
- 燃料電池を搭載した車両であって、
ガス消費機器としての前記燃料電池に燃料ガスを供給する請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のタンク装置を搭載する
車両。 - ガス消費機器に供給する燃料ガスを貯留する燃料ガスタンクの圧力検出に用いる圧力センサーの出力判定方法であって、
前記燃料ガスタンクへのガス充填がなされた際の前記燃料ガスタンクのガス圧を、バッテリからの駆動電圧を受けて動作する第1圧力センサーで検出して、前記燃料ガスタンクの充填時燃料ガス圧を得る工程と、
前記ガス充填がなされた後に前記燃料ガスタンクから前記ガス消費機器に最初に燃料ガスが供給される際の前記燃料ガスタンクのガス圧を、前記燃料ガスタンクから前記ガス消費機器に到るガス供給管路において、バッテリからの駆動電圧を受けて動作する第2圧力センサーで検出して、前記燃料ガスタンクの最先供給時燃料ガス圧を得る工程と、
記燃料ガスタンクへのガス充填がなされた際に、前記得られた充填時燃料ガス圧と最先供給時燃料ガス圧とのガス圧差分を求め、該ガス圧差分が所定の閾値範囲に収まっていない場合に前記第1圧力センサーと第2圧力センサーのいずれかに出力異常があると判定する工程とを備え、
前記判定する工程では、前記燃料ガスタンクへのガス充填がなされた後であって前記バッテリーの充電電圧が予め定めた値以下の場合には、前記検出ガス圧を用いた出力異常の判定を実行しない、或いは、前記判定した出力異常をクリアする、
圧力センサーの出力判定方法。
