Claims (10)
- モータシャフトを有するモータと、
出力部と、
前記モータシャフトを前記出力部に接続する遊星ギア列と、
を備えた駆動ユニットであって、前記遊星ギア列が、
前記モータにより駆動される第1の太陽ギアと、
第1のリングギアと、
前記第1のリングギアに接続された第2のリングギアと、
第1のキャリアと、
前記第1のキャリアにより回転可能に支持され且つ前記第1のキャリアの一方側に配列されて前記第1の太陽ギア及び前記第1のリングギアと噛み合う複数の第1の遊星ギアと、
を含み、前記第1の太陽ギア及び前記第1の遊星ギアがヘリカル歯を有するヘリカルギアであり、該ヘリカル歯は、前記第1のリングギアの内面上に形成されて前記第1の遊星ギアのヘリカル歯と噛み合い、
前記第1のリングギアが、該第1のリングギアの一方の端部に形成された接続リングを含み、
前記第2のリングギアが、前記接続リングによって囲まれるフランジ部分を含み、
前記接続リングの内面及び前記フランジ部分の一方に半径方向凸状の軸方向位置決め面が形成され、
前記接続リングの内面及び前記フランジ部分の他方に半径方向凹状の軸方向位置決め面が形成されて前記凸状の軸方向位置決め面と嵌合する、駆動ユニット。 - 前記第1のリングギアが、焼結粉体冶金によって製作される、請求項1に記載の駆動ユニット。
- 前記モータの軸方向に延びる迅速位置合わせ構造が前記第1及び第2のリングギア間に形成される、請求項1又は2に記載の駆動ユニット。
- 前記遊星ギア列を前記モータに固定するための接続要素を更に備える、請求項3に記載の駆動ユニット。
- 軸受を保持するための取付要素と、
前記取付要素、前記第2のリングギア、前記第1のリングギア、及び前記接続要素を貫通してこれらを共に締結する複数のファスナーと、
を更に備える、請求項4に記載の駆動ユニット。 - 前記モータの軸方向に延びる別の迅速位置合わせ構造が前記接続要素と前記第1のリングギアとの間に形成される、請求項4又は5に記載の駆動ユニット。
- 前記第1のリングギアが、該第1のリングギアの軸方向両端部に形成されたノッチを含み、前記接続要素及び前記第2のリングギアが前記ノッチと噛み合うボスを有する、請求項4又は5に記載の駆動ユニット。
- 前記第1のリングギアの軸方向両端部に接続リングが形成され、該接続リングが、前記接続要素のフランジ部分及び前記第2のリングギアのフランジ部分を囲み、前記接続リング及び前記フランジ部分内に半径方向の嵌め込み孔が形成され、対応する嵌め込み孔内にファスナーがそれぞれ配置されて、前記第1のリングギアを前記接続要素及び前記第2のリングギアに締結するようにする、請求項4〜7の何れか1項に記載の駆動ユニット。
- 草刈り機であって、
主本体と、
主本体の下部に構成される車輪及びカッティング工具と、
前記主本体に取り付けられた、請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の駆動ユニットと、
を備え、前記駆動ユニットの出力部が車輪の少なくとも1つに結合されて前記草刈り機を駆動する、草刈り機。 - 車両のリフトゲート用の電動ストラットであって、
請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の駆動ユニットと、
前記駆動ユニットを収容するハウジングと、
前記ストラットを前記車両に固定するマウントと、
内部ネジ付き中心孔を有し、前記ハウジングに回転可能に取り付けられて前記駆動ユニットの出力によって駆動されるランナーと、
前記ランナーの中心孔とネジ係合され且つ前記マウントの1つに固定され、前記ランナーの回転によって後退位置と延伸位置との間で前記ランナーを貫通して移動可能であるスピンドルと、
前記延伸位置に向けて前記ストラットを付勢するバネと、
を備える、電動ストラット。
