ワークピース(2、44、52)を屈曲させて、ワークピース(2、44、52)に屈曲部を製造するステップと、を含み、
くぼみ(11)は、ワークピース(2、44、52)内の脆弱点(10)を形成し、
ワークピース(2、44、52)内の屈曲部(21)の内側に形成されたくぼみ(11)は、溶接によって屈曲加工後に閉じられ、
溶接は、ワークピース(1300)の屈曲部の外側(1320)から内側(1321)に向かう集光レーザビーム(1310)を用いて行われる、方法。 - 脆弱点(10)は、ワークピース(2、44、52)内にくぼみ(11)を形成することによって形成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 脆弱点(10)は、フライス加工、圧延加工、押し抜き加工又はスタンピング加工により形成される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
