加硫促進剤(2):大内新興化学工業(株)製のノクセラーD(ジフェニルグアニジン)
表1に示す配合内容に従い、1.7Lバンバリーミキサーを用いて、硫黄及び加硫促進剤以外の材料を150℃の条件下で3分間混練りし、混練り物を得た。次に、得られた混練り物に硫黄及び加硫促進剤を添加し、オープンロールを用いて、80℃の条件下で3分間練り込み、未加硫ゴム組成物を得た。得られた未加硫ゴム組成物を170℃で15分間プレス加硫し、加硫ゴム組成物を得た。
また、得られた未加硫ゴム組成物をトレッドの形状に成形し、タイヤ成型機上で他のタイヤ部材とともに貼り合わせて未加硫タイヤを形成した後、170℃で15分間プレス加硫し、試験用タイヤ(サイズ:215/45ZR17)を製造した。

転がり抵抗試験機を用い、下記の測定条件で転がり抵抗を測定した。
使用リム:15×6J
内圧 :200kPa
荷重 :6.96kN
速度 :80km/h
この結果が、比較例1が基準とされた指数として、数値が小さいほど好ましい。
試験用タイヤ(新品)を車輌(国産FF2000cc)の全輪に装着して、テストコースを実車走行し、30000km走行後の外観を、以下の基準で目視により評価した。結果を表1に示す。
5点:ルーペを用いても全くクラックが観察されない。
4点:クラックがルーペで観察できる。
3点:クラックが目視で観察できる。
2点:クラックが目視で多数観察できるが、クラック長は1cm未満である。
1点:クラック長1cm以上のクラックが多数観察される。
試験用タイヤ(新品)を車輌(国産FF2000cc)の全輪に装着して、テストコースを実車走行し、30000km走行後の外観について、茶色の着色の有無を目視で評価した。作製して倉庫保管し、1ヶ月後の外観を、白色の着色の有無を目視で評価した。結果を表1に示す。

Claims (3)
- ワックスを0.9〜1.5質量%、アミン系老化防止剤を0.9〜1.5質量%、およびキノリン系老化防止剤を0.3〜1.0質量%含有し、トレッドゴム成分中のブタジエンゴムの含有量が3質量%以上であるトレッドを含み、トレッドの溝底から最外層ベルト補強層までのゴム厚が0.1〜2.0mmであり、
さらに、トレッド内にカーカスのタイヤ半径方向外側に配設されてタイヤ周方向に延びるベルトを備え、該ベルトが、タイヤ周方向に対するコードの角度が15〜30度であるベルト層と、タイヤ半径方向外側に少なくとも1層のタイヤ周方向に対するコードの角度が0〜5度の有機繊維コードから成るベルト補強層が設けられていることを特徴とするタイヤ。 - アミン系老化防止剤が、N−1,3−ジメチルブチル−N’−フェニル−p−フェニレンジアミンである請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- キノリン系老化防止剤が、2,2,4−トリメチル−1,2−ジヒドロキノリン重合体である請求項1または2に記載のタイヤ。
