ここで、さらなる実施形態において、薬学的に活性な化合物は、糖尿病または糖尿病性網膜症などの糖尿病に関連する合併症の処置および/または予防のための少なくとも1つのペプチドを含み、
ここで、さらなる実施形態において、薬学的に活性な化合物は、少なくとも1つのヒトインスリンもしくはヒトインスリン類似体もしくは誘導体、グルカゴン様ペプチド(GLP−1)もしくはその類似体もしくは誘導体、またはエキセンジン−3もしくはエキセンジン−4もしくはエキセンジン−3もしくはエキセンジン−4の類似体もしくは誘導体を含む。

Claims (9)
- 遠位先端(2.1)を備えた針(2)を有する薬剤送達デバイス(1)用の作動機構であって、
送達デバイス(1)に対して嵌め込み式にされ、送達デバイス(1)に対して軸方向に並進運動可能な外側スリーブ(4)と、
外側スリーブ(4)に対して嵌め込み式に配置され、外側スリーブ(4)に対して軸方向に並進運動可能な内側スリーブ(3)と
を備え、
ここで、第1の状態では、内側スリーブ(3)は外側スリーブ(4)から遠位方向に突出し、外側スリーブ(4)は送達デバイス(1)から遠位方向に突出し、
第2の状態では、内側スリーブ(3)は外側スリーブ(4)の中に含まれ、
内側スリーブ(3)を外側スリーブ(4)に対して遠位方向に付勢する第1のばね要素と、外側スリーブ(4)を送達デバイス(1)に対して遠位方向に付勢する第2のばね要素をさらに備え、
前記第2の状態において、外側スリーブ(4)が送達デバイス(1)に対して近位方向に動くことによって、送達デバイス(1)内での薬剤の送達が開始される、

- 内側スリーブ(3)は、外側スリーブ(4)内の凹部または開口部と係合するように適合された掛止具を含む、請求項4に記載の作動機構。
- 外側スリーブ(4)は、内側スリーブ(3)内の凹部または開口部と係合するように適合された掛止具を含む、請求項4に記載の作動機構。
- 第3の状態にあるとき、内側スリーブ(3)は外側スリーブ(4)に対してロックされ、外側スリーブ(4)は送達デバイス(1)に対してロックされる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の作動機構。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の作動機構と、
遠位先端(2.1)を有する針(2)と
を備え、
ここで、第1の状態では、内側スリーブ(3)および/または外側スリーブ(4)は遠位先端(2.1)を被覆し、
