または前述のいずれか1つのエキセンジン−4誘導体の薬学的に許容される塩もしくは溶媒和化合物
から選択される。
Claims (14)
- 自動注射器(1)であって:
ケース(2)と、
該ケース(2)内に摺動可能に配置され、ストッパ(6)を含むシリンジ(3)を保持するように適用されたシリンジキャリア(8)と;
該シリンジキャリア(8)内に摺動可能に配置され、ストッパ(6)に力を加えるように適用されたプランジャ(12)と;
該プランジャ(12)内に配置され、プランジャ(12)をシリンジキャリア(8)に対して付勢する駆動ばね(10)と;
ケース(2)内に摺動可能に配置され、シリンジキャリア(8)の上に嵌め込み式に配置されたニードルシュラウド(7)と;
(i)該ニードルシュラウド(7)をシリンジキャリア(8)に連結するように適用され、かつ(ii)ニードルシュラウド(7)をケース(2)に連結するように適用された戻り止め機構(14)と
を含み、
該戻り止め機構(14)は、シリンジキャリア(8)のキャリア開口部(8.6)と解放可能に係合するシュラウドボス(7.1)を有するニードルシュラウド(7)の弾性シュラウドビーム(7.2)を含む、前記自動注射器。 - ケース(2)は、ニードルシュラウド(7)が第1の伸張位置(FEP)にあるときにシュラウドボス(7.1)と当接する近位ケースボス(2.9)を含む、請求項1に記載の自動注射器(1)。
- プランジャ(12)を解放可能にシリンジキャリア(8)に連結するように適用されたプランジャ解放機構(15)をさらに含む、請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載の自動注射器(1)。
- プランジャ解放機構(15)は、プランジャ(12)のプランジャ開口部(12.1)と解放可能に係合するキャリアボス(8.4)を有するシリンジキャリア(8)の弾性キ
ャリアビーム(8.3)を含む、請求項3に記載の自動注射器(1)。 - 自動注射器(1)であって:
ケース(2)と、
該ケース(2)内に摺動可能に配置され、ストッパ(6)を含むシリンジ(3)を保持するように適用されたシリンジキャリア(8)と;
該シリンジキャリア(8)内に摺動可能に配置され、ストッパ(6)に力を加えるように適用されたプランジャ(12)と;
該プランジャ(12)内に配置され、プランジャ(12)をシリンジキャリア(8)に対して付勢する駆動ばね(10)と;
ケース(2)内に摺動可能に配置され、シリンジキャリア(8)の上に嵌め込み式に配置されたニードルシュラウド(7)と;
(i)該ニードルシュラウド(7)をシリンジキャリア(8)に連結するように適用され、かつ(ii)ニードルシュラウド(7)をケース(2)に連結するように適用された戻り止め機構(14)と;
シリンジキャリア(8)上に摺動可能に配置されたカラー(16)と;
該カラー(16)に付勢力を加える制御ばね(9)と
を含む、前記自動注射器(1)。 - カラー(16)は、シリンジキャリア(8)の段(8.5)と解放可能に係合するように適用されたカラーボス(16.1)を有する弾性カラービーム(16.2)を含む、請求項5に記載の自動注射器(1)。
- カラー(16)は、ニードルシュラウド(7)が第1の伸張位置(FEP)にあるときにキャリアボス(8.4)に当接する、請求項5に記載の自動注射器(1)。
- カラー(16)、ニードルシュラウド(7)およびシリンジキャリア(8)は、ニードルシュラウド(7)が第1の伸張位置(FEP)から第1の後退位置(FRP)へと動くときにケース(2)に対して近位に動く、請求項7に記載の自動注射器(1)。
- シリンジキャリア(8)の近位端(8.1)は、ニードルシュラウド(7)が第1の後退位置(FRP)にあるときに、フィードバックをもたらすようにケース(2)の近位端(2.11)に当接する、請求項7に記載の自動注射器(1)。
- キャリア開口部(8.6)と解放可能に係合するシュラウドボス(7.1)は、ニードルシュラウド(7)が第1の後退位置(FRP)にあるときに、近位ケースボス(2.9)の近位にある、請求項8に記載の自動注射器(1)。
- シリンジキャリア(8)は、ニードルシュラウド(7)が第1の後退位置(FRP)の近位の第2の後退位置(SRP)にあるときに、シュラウドボス(7.1)がキャリア開口部(8.6)を係合解除すると、遠位に前進する、請求項10に記載の自動注射器(1)。
- シュラウドボス(7.1)がキャリア開口部(8.6)を係合解除すると、カラー(16)はシリンジキャリア(8)を遠位に、シリンジキャリア(8)がケース(2)の前方止め具(2.8)に当接するまで押し、カラー(16)はまた、制御ばね(9)の付勢力を受けてシリンジキャリア(8)を係合解除し、ニードルシュラウド(7)をケース(2)に対して第2の伸張位置(SEP)になるまで押す、請求項11に記載の自動注射器(1)。
- カラー(16)がシリンジキャリア(8)を係合解除すると、キャリアボス(8.4)はプランジャ開口部(12.1)を係合解除してプランジャ(12)を解放する、請求項12に記載の自動注射器(1)。
- シュラウドボス(7.1)は、ニードルシュラウド(7)が第2の伸張位置(SEP)にあるときに遠位ケースボス(2.10)に当接する、請求項12に記載の自動注射器(1)。
