Claims (14)
- 薬物の用量を設定および投薬するための薬物送達デバイス(1)であって:
第1の開口部を画成する第1の端部、第2の開口部を画成する第2の端部および中心の外側インジケータリング(2.2)を有する支持本体(2)と、ここで、外側インジケータリング(2.2)は支持本体(2)の外側に配置される、
軸方向に沿って摺動可能に中に配置されたストッパ(7)によって封止された、また一体型の針(6)を有するように、またはニードルアセンブリと連結されるように適合された、支持本体(2)の中に位置するシリンジバレル(5)と、
支持本体(2)の端部の一方に連結されるように適合され、その上に摺動可能に配置されたニードルシールド(4)と、
支持本体(2)の他方の端部に連結されるように適合され、その上に摺動可能に配置された外側本体(3)と
を備え、
ここで、外側インジケータリング(2.2)は、外側本体(3)ならびにニードルシールド(4)の動きを制限し、
さらにここで、支持本体(2)に連結された外側本体(3)およびニードルシールド(4)の端部は嵌合面を有し、外側インジケータリング(2.2)は、外側本体(3)およびニードルシールド(4)の嵌合面と嵌合する形状を有することを特徴とする
前記薬物送達デバイス。 - 外側インジケータリング(2.2)は湾曲している、請求項1に記載の薬物送達デバイス(1)。
- 第1の戻り止め機構が、支持本体(2)に対して外側本体(3)が動くことを、第1の戻り止め力でこの動きに対抗することによって抑制するように配置される、請求項1または2に記載の薬物送達デバイス(1)。
- 第2の戻り止め機構が、支持本体(2)に対してニードルシールド(4)が動くことを、第2の戻り止め力でこの動きに対抗することによって抑制するように配置される、請求
項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス(1)。 - 第1の戻り止め力は、第2の戻り止め力と、支持本体(2)に対してニードルシールド(4)を付勢するように配置されたニードルシールドばね(9)の反作用力との合計よりも大きい、請求項4に記載の薬物送達デバイス(1)。
- 第2の戻り止め機構は、支持本体(2)の上に画成された少なくとも1つの案内トラック(2.3)と、案内トラック(2.3)によって偏向可能であるニードルシールド(4)上の少なくとも1つの保持クリップ(4.5)とを備え、ここで、案内トラック(2.3)は、保持クリップ(4.5)が、針伸長のためにニードルシールド(4)が押し下げられたときに第1の経路をたどるように、またその後にニードルシールド(4)が延ばされたときに別の第2の経路をたどるように構成され、保持クリップ(4.5)を引っ掛けるための戻り止め部(2.3.4)が第2の経路の端部に配置される、請求項4または5に記載の薬物送達デバイス(1)。
- 支持本体(2)は、外側本体(3)の動きを案内するための、径方向外側に突出する外側案内手段を備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス(1)。
- 支持本体(2)は、ニードルシールド(4)の動きを案内するための、支持本体(2)の壁の中に配置された案内スロット(2.1)を備える、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス(1)。
- ストッパ(7)に連結されたプランジャロッド(8)を備え、ここで、該プランジャロッド(8)の近位部は、外側本体(3)に連結されるように適合される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス(1)。
- ニードルシールド(4)は、少なくとも1つのボディ部(4.1)およびキャップ部材(4.2)を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス(1)。
- 外側本体(3)は単一の部材として形成することができ、または、外側本体(3)は、少なくとも1つのベース部(3.1)およびキャップ部材(3.2)を含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス(1)。

- フランジの範囲内の外側本体(3)上に、外側本体(3)の表面のプロファイルド空洞またはプロファイルド凹面として設計された方向インジケータ(3.7)が配置される、請求項11に記載の薬物送達デバイス(1)。
- ニードルシールド(4)は方向インジケータ(4.6)を備える、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス(1)。
