Description

Claims (13)
- 5〜60体積%の範囲にあるcBNと、
2.5〜15体積%の範囲にあるアルミニウム、ケイ素、及び/またはアルミニウム合金と、
27〜45体積%の範囲にある第4族元素の窒化物、ホウ化物及び炭化物、Al 2 O 3 、Si 3 N 4 並びにこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択されるセラミック材料と、
10〜20体積%の範囲にある単斜晶系ジルコニアと
を含む、焼結された成形体の生産用組成物。 - cBNの体積%が50%未満である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- cBNの体積%が40%未満である、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- cBNの粒径が1〜10ミクロンである、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の組成物。
- 5〜60体積%の範囲にあるcBN、10から20体積%の範囲にあるジルコニア、2.5〜15体積%の範囲にあるアルミニウム、ケイ素、及び/またはアルミニウム合金、及び27〜45体積%の範囲にある第4族元素の窒化物、ホウ化物及び炭化物、Al 2 O 3 、Si 3 N 4 並びにこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択されるセラミック材料を含む組成物を高温/高圧処理にさらす工程を含み、ジルコニアは焼結前に単斜晶相であり、記載されるすべての体積%が高温/高圧処理の前の合計の体積%に基づいている、複合成形体の生産方法。
- 成形体を基材に結合させる工程をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 基材がタングステン炭化物を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- cBNの体積%が50%未満である、請求項5から7の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- cBNの体積%が40%未満である、請求項8に記載の方法。
- Al又はアルミニウム合金が5〜10体積%の範囲にある、請求項5から9の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- アルミニウム合金がNiAl3を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- ジルコニアの粒径が2〜3ミクロンの範囲にある、請求項5から11の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 25〜60体積%の範囲にあるcBN、5〜20体積%の範囲にあるジルコニア、2.5〜15体積%の範囲にあるアルミニウム、ケイ素、及び/またはアルミニウム合金、及び27〜45体積%の範囲にある第4族元素の窒化物、ホウ化物及び炭化物、Al 2 O 3 、Si 3 N 4 並びにこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択されるセラミック材料を含む組成物を高温/高圧処理にさらす工程を含み、該高温/高圧処理の前にジルコニアが単斜晶相であり、記載されるすべての体積%が合計の体積%に基づいている、複合成形体の生産方法。
