・プラスチック基材
からなる積層体をさらに提供する。
(a)プラスチック部品を成形用部品上に固定し;
(b)結合される陽極酸化アルミニウムを、溶融温度T(溶融)(ここで、35℃≦T(溶融)≦90℃、特に40℃≦T(溶融)≦60℃)を有し、かつ、イソシアネートと反応することができる官能基を有する熱可塑性成分と、該熱可塑性成分への特に微細化した微粒子分散液の状態で存在し、かつ、粒子表面(該粒子は、40℃≦T(開始)≦100℃、特に45℃≦T(開始)≦90℃、非常に好ましくは45℃≦75℃≦T(開始)の開始温度T(開始)を有し、T(開始)≧T(溶融)である)の領域内で実質的に不活性化されるイソシアネート含有成分とを含む潜在的反応性接着フィルムの少なくとも1つの層を有する両面粘着製品と共に、プラスチック部品上に設置し;
(c)特に加熱プレスのラムにより圧力及び温度を加え;
(d)結合した部品を該成形用部品から除去すること
を含み、或いは工程(c)と工程(d)との間で同様に冷却を実施することも可能である、陽極酸化アルミニウム部品をプラスチック部品に接着させるための方法も提供する。

Claims (16)
- 溶融温度T(溶融)(ここで、35℃≦T(溶融)≦90℃、特に40℃≦T(溶融)≦60℃)を有し、かつ、イソシアネートと反応することができる官能基を有する熱可塑性成分と、該熱可塑性成分への微粒子分散液の状態で存在し、かつ、粒子(該粒子は、40℃≦T(開始)≦100℃の開始温度T(開始)を有し、T(開始)≧T(溶融)である)表面の領域内で実質的に不活性化されるイソシアネート含有成分とを含む潜在的反応性接着フィルムの少なくとも1つの層を有する製品の、陽極酸化アルミニウムをプラスチックに接着させるための使用。
- 前記粒子が、45℃≦T(開始)≦90℃、特に45℃≦T(開始)≦75℃の開始温度T(開始)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の使用。
- T(開始)>T(溶融)であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の使用。

- 前記潜在的反応性接着フィルムが室温では非粘着性であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8項のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記製品が多層であり及び/又は永久的キャリアを有し、該製品は、50μm〜1000μm、特に75μm〜300μmの厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記永久的キャリアが化学的又は物理的に前処理されてから被覆されていることを特徴とする、請求項6〜11のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 積層体であって、
・陽極酸化アルミニウム部材、
・溶融温度T(溶融)(ここで、35℃≦T(溶融)≦90℃、特に40℃≦T(溶融)≦60℃)を有し、かつ、イソシアネートと反応することができる官能基を有する熱可塑性成分と、該熱可塑性成分への微粒子分散液の状態で存在し、かつ、粒子(該粒子は、40℃≦T(開始)≦100℃、特に45℃≦T(開始)≦90℃の開始温度T(開始)を有し、T(開始)≧T(溶融)である)表面の領域内で実質的に不活性化されるイソシアネート含有成分とを含む潜在的反応性接着フィルムの少なくとも1つの層を有する両面接着製品、及び
・プラスチック基材
からなる積層体。 - 次の工程:
(a)プラスチック部品を成形用部品上に固定し;
(b)結合されるべき陽極酸化アルミニウムを、溶融温度T(溶融)(ここで、35℃≦T(溶融)≦90℃、特に40℃≦T(溶融)≦60℃)を有し、かつ、イソシアネートと反応することができる官能基を有する熱可塑性成分と、該熱可塑性成分への微粒子分散液の状態で存在し、かつ、粒子(該粒子は、40℃≦T(開始)≦100℃、特に45℃≦T(開始)≦90℃、より好ましくは45℃≦T(開始)≦75℃の開始温度T(開始)を有し、T(開始)≧T(溶融)である)表面の領域内で実質的に不活性化されるイソシアネート含有成分とを含む潜在的反応性接着フィルムの少なくとも1つの層を有する両面粘着製品と共に、該プラスチック部品上に設置し;
(c)特に加熱プレスのラムにより圧力及び温度を加え;
(d)結合した部品を該成形用部品から除去すること
を含み、或いは工程(c)と工程(d)との間で同様に冷却を実施することも可能である、陽極酸化アルミニウム部品をプラスチック部品に接着させるための方法。 - 85℃未満において陽極酸化アルミニウムをプラスチックに接着させるための、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 工程(c)において、特に加熱プレスのラムにより圧力及び85℃未満の温度を加えることを含む、請求項14に記載の陽極酸化アルミニウム部品をプラスチック部品に接着させるための方法。
