Description
本明細書の当初の開示は、少なくとも下記の態様を包含する。
〔1〕・エチレンおよび/またはプロピレンと少なくとも1種のC4〜C20α−オレフィンとに基づく少なくとも1種のコポリマー、ここで該コポリマーはメタロセン触媒重合によりブロックコポリマーとして得ることができる、および、少なくとも1種のスチレンブロックコポリマーの混合物、15〜70重量%、
・少なくとも1種の粘着付与樹脂、10〜70重量%、
・さらなる添加剤、0〜40重量%
を含むホットメルト接着剤であって、
ここで、%割合の合計は100%であり、粘着付与樹脂は完全にまたは部分的に、50℃未満の温度で液状である軟質樹脂である、ホットメルト接着剤。
〔2〕粘着付与軟質樹脂は35℃未満の滴点を有することを特徴とする、前記〔1〕に記載のホットメルト接着剤。
〔3〕スチレンブロックコポリマーは非水素化ブロックコポリマーから選択されることを特徴とする、前記〔1〕または〔2〕に記載のホットメルト接着剤。
〔4〕接着剤は室温で曇っていることを特徴とする、前記〔1〕〜〔3〕のいずれかに記載のホットメルト接着剤。
〔5〕ホットメルト接着剤の粘度は(150℃で)3000mPas〜50000mPasであることを特徴とする、前記〔1〕〜〔4〕のいずれかに記載のホットメルト接着剤。
〔6〕非極性可塑剤、特に合成油、パラフィン系油、ナフテン系油またはポリ(イソブチレン)油を可塑剤として用いることを特徴とする、前記〔1〕〜〔5〕のいずれかに記載のホットメルト接着剤。
〔7〕スチレンブロックコポリマーは特にSIS、SBSまたはSIBSを含むことを特徴とする、前記〔3〕に記載のホットメルト接着剤。
〔8〕15〜30重量%のオレフィンブロックコポリマー、5〜35重量%のスチレンブロックコポリマー、5〜35重量%の液状粘着付与樹脂および25〜0重量%の可塑剤を含有することを特徴とする、前記〔1〕に記載のホットメルト接着剤。
〔9〕前記〔1〕〜〔8〕のいずれかに記載のホットメルト接着剤の感圧接着剤としての使用。
〔10〕フィルム、テープまたはラベルをコーティングするための、前記〔9〕に記載の使用。
Claims (10)
- ・エチレンおよび/またはプロピレンと少なくとも1種のC4〜C20α−オレフィンとに基づく少なくとも1種のブロックコポリマー15〜30重量%、ここで、該ブロックコポリマーはメタロセン触媒重合の生成物である、および、少なくとも1種のスチレンブロックコポリマー5〜35重量%の混合物、
・少なくとも1種の粘着付与樹脂、10〜60重量%、ここで、50℃未満の温度で液状の粘着付与軟質樹脂の量は5重量%以上である、
・さらなる添加剤、0〜40重量%
を含むホットメルト接着剤であって、
ここで、%割合の合計は100%である、ホットメルト接着剤。 - 粘着付与軟質樹脂は35℃未満の滴点を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のホットメルト接着剤。
- スチレンブロックコポリマーは非水素化ブロックコポリマーから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のホットメルト接着剤。
- 接着剤は室温で曇っていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のホットメルト接着剤。
- ホットメルト接着剤の粘度は、150℃で、3000mPas〜50000mPasであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のホットメルト接着剤。
- 非極性可塑剤を可塑剤として用いることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のホットメルト接着剤。
- スチレンブロックコポリマーはSIS、SBSまたはSIBSを含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のホットメルト接着剤。
- 15〜30重量%のオレフィンブロックコポリマー、5〜35重量%のスチレンブロックコポリマー、5〜35重量%の液状粘着付与樹脂および25〜0重量%の可塑剤を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のホットメルト接着剤。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のホットメルト接着剤の感圧接着剤としての使用。
- フィルム、テープまたはラベルをコーティングするための、請求項9に記載の使用。
