Claims (6)
- 加熱筒及び/又は射出ノズルの外周面に付設することにより前記加熱筒及び/又は前記射出ノズルを加熱する一又は二以上のヒータを備える射出成形機の加熱装置において、一又は二以上の前記ヒータにおける一部又は全部のヒータを、このヒータと前記加熱筒及び/又は前記射出ノズルの外周面との間に、伝熱性を有する素材により形成し、かつスリットを打抜き形成した二枚以上のパネルメンバを重ね合わせたパネル部材を介在させて空冷用のエア通路を形成するとともに、このエア通路にエア供給部からエアを流通可能にするエア出入口部を設けることにより、空冷付ヒータとして構成してなることを特徴とする射出成形機の加熱装置。
- 前記ヒータは、内部に発熱体を内蔵し、かつ前記加熱筒及び/又は射出ノズルの外周面に巻付けて装着するバンドヒータであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の加熱装置。
- 前記伝熱性を有する素材は、伝熱性金属素材であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の加熱装置。
- 前記パネルメンバは、厚さを、0.5〜2〔mm〕の範囲に選定してなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の加熱装置。
- 前記空冷付ヒータは、前記加熱筒における、少なくとも、メータリングゾーン,コンプレッションゾーン,フィードゾーンを加熱するヒータの一又は二以上に適用することを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の加熱装置。
- 前記空冷付ヒータは、外周面に、断熱素材を用いた保温カバーを付設してなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の加熱装置。
