Claims (7)
- 加熱筒における所定部位の加熱温度を温度センサにより検出し、検出した検出温度と予め設定した設定温度の偏差値を求め、この偏差値がゼロになるようにPID制御を行うことにより、前記所定部位を加熱する加熱部及び前記所定部位を冷却する冷却部を制御する成形機コントローラを備える射出成形機の温度制御装置であって、I動作出力,D動作出力,前記偏差値及び個別に設定した逆数を用いた加熱側比例帯により生成して前記加熱部に対する制御を行う加熱操作量と、I動作出力,D動作出力,前記偏差値及び個別に設定した逆数を用い、かつ正負反転した冷却側比例帯により生成して前記冷却部に対する制御を行う冷却操作量とを得、相対的に大きい一方の操作量のみを、対応する前記加熱部又は前記冷却部に対して出力するPID制御系を備えることを特徴とする射出成形機の温度制御装置。
- 前記D動作出力は、前記検出温度の時間微分を正負反転して出力することを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の温度制御装置。
- 前記加熱操作量を生成するI動作出力及びD動作出力と前記冷却操作量を生成するI動作出力及びD動作出力は共通に用いることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の射出成形機の温度制御装置。
- 前記冷却操作量による制御を停止する選択手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の温度制御装置。
- 前記加熱部は、内部に発熱体を内蔵し、かつ前記加熱筒の外周面に巻付けて装着するバンドヒータを用いることを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の温度制御装置。
- 前記冷却部は、前記バンドヒータと前記加熱筒の外周面との間に伝熱性を有する素材により形成したパネル部材を介在させ、かつこのパネル部材に空冷用のエア通路を形成するとともに、このエア通路にエア供給部からエアを流通可能にするエア出入口部を設けて構成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の温度制御装置。
- 前記加熱筒の所定部位は、少なくとも、メータリングゾーン,コンプレッションゾーン,フィードゾーンの一又は二以上に適用することを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の温度制御装置。
